We contracted Impact Project to work on some of our commercial properties. Most recently to handle the conversion of a warehouse into a multi-tenant unit. They worked with our Architect, Designer and made sure all City Permit requirements and inspections were met. They helped us cut costs throughout the project, Extremely Efficient , and best of all no stress ! Our next project is already underway ,a 7500 sq.ft office renovation. We highly recommend Impact.

Everyone talks about what a nightmare it is to go through a home renovation, however our entire main floor (kitchen, LR & DR) was stripped back to the studs and entirely reconstructed as well as a stamped concrete pool area addition. Nick as the GM was on site every day managing all of the trades, he ensured there was zero (and I mean zero) mess. I am very pleased with the exceptional job that Nick and his team at Impact did on my Pool House. I had to fire two contractors at the beginning of the project because 1. They could not see my vision and were not qualified for the project. 2. They were not professional or punctual. All of which Nick is!I was very thankful when Nick took over. Not only could he envision what I wanted but his work exceeded my expectations. All my guests rave about how beautiful my Pool House is. Many have asked if they could live in it. Also, Nick had my security cameras installed, my outdoor T.V. (This was a difficult and risky job but he got it done!) and other jobs. We needed a sun room to be built and designed for our back yard. We hired Nick from Impact to assist in the design and building of the structure. We are very happy with the results for the following reasons:1. The project came in on budget in spite of some adjustments to the original plans.2. We were well informed at each step of the process and provided a realistic completion date.3. The contractors hired by Impact were polite and conscientious - they always made sure that our children and pets were safe and not at risk in the back yard while the project was ongoing.4. The end result was exactly what we were hoping for! We now have a long term sun room to enjoy for years to come.I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and Impact Projects.
