I went here when experiencing back spasms (a result of a chronic neck injury) and they were phenomenal. I saw Chris twice and he was great and helped my spasms and knots a lot. I appreciated him giving me exercises to do at home to floss the nerve" and alleviate tension/pain between sessions. He was also very kind

I would definitely not recommend this place Alot of the reviews sound familiar to mine about booking and the length of massage and pressure of massage being to light . Mine was not light at all . I was there for relaxation massage which they never even asked me what type of massage I wanted . No oil was used and I ended up with my skin on my back swollen and raw and stinging when water touched it .it lasted two weeks before it healed fullyweeks before it healed

I had my first visit yesterday since 2018 and it was by far my best Massage Addict experience. Reanna was awesome and had great technique. She was very professional and courteous and I feel loose as a goose today! The receptionist is very friendly as well. I'd recommend this spot if you're looking for a very therapeutic experience!

My husband and daughter visited massage addict on June 8 and it was an awful experience. We have been going here for over one year and the disrespect yesterday was unacceptable. There was an issue with the system and sunlife. The receptionist treated my family members like they were thefts. The were told that can not leave the office unless she receives payment in the spot. This all took place as I’m on the phone trying to explain that I’m at work and unable to provide my credit card information right this second. Black people get treated in this manner in many stores but I was not expecting to be the situation at a place that I frequent.

I had my first visit with Massage Addict and will say it will be my last.The massage therapist that provided my 60 minute massage (although a very sweet woman) was all over the place! When she started my massage she spent a good 20 minutes asking me about my life. When her hands finally were on my back long enough, I could barely feel them except for how cold they were. She would start with a shoulder then to a leg then to arm, then to leg, leaving some areas exposed and not covered by the blanket. I was seriously confused on her process!! As I have had many massages throughout my life, I know therapist have a routine they follow. This was not!!! At one point she was massaging my head with one hand in the same spot for much too long, while she told me a story with her other hand. She realized she was babbling on, and laughed and said oops

All the staff I have encountered are wonderful. They make sure to follow up with you.

By far the worst massage i’ve ever had. My RMT was a very kind and sweet lady but she did not massage my back. She talked to me almost the entire time while lightly rubbing my back and shoulders. I don’t mind a bit of chit chat but she told me so many stories, and would lose focus of what she was doing and aimlessly rub my back for long periods of time. at one point she was telling a particularly long story and massaged the same spot on my upper neck for at least 10 minutes until it became raw.She did not focus on my problem areas, and did not relieve any knots or tension at all. It was not a relaxing experience at all. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Had my first massage at Massage Addicts and everything was amazing, Chris was my RMT and he was very respectful and easy to get along with. Pressure was great and he made sure to ask several times if if I was comfortable. Explained everything he was about to work on before hand. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend you do not waste your time and money.Back story I called to book appointment for evening hours given the events with Covid I was scheduled for three week from the time I called - no issues so I booked. The day before my appointment they canceled and rescheduled me for a dated two week from the original date. When this appointment arrived the canceled and rescheduled two days after. Still no issues with me as I understand things happen.Here is the good part. While one the massage table half was through my massage the individual RMT stop left the room to get me information on going to a different massage clinic as they felt I need to have CST. So I keep my next appointment the following week and did not call as I have been a client of massage addict in New Brunswick for years and never an RMT till me that they are not able to help. This time ( next appointment) the same RMT was pushing me to go to a different clinic ( different clinic from the first place that was recommended)Overall this place was not friendly, did not care about you as an individual and I was made it feel uncomfortable. I called my health care insurance and inform them of what happened and this is not the first time that they hear this from other individuals about the Kingston massage addictI hope this help us make the right decision as it your health and you should feel comfortable respected and most of all have the treatment you are paying for

Had my first massage today and it was excellent. I explained the pain i was experiencing and Carlos, the RMT was very thorough with our consultation, asking about preferences including pressure and areas i’d like him to focus on. He consistently asked me how i was doing how the pressure was and if i was comfortable etc I love how involved I got to be in the process! I definitely recommend this location and Carlos.
