The inspection was for a home purchase.Bill was pleasant, professional, very through, worked in a timely fashion and left things as he found them. As he was working, Bill pointed out certain critical items that would probably need attention right away. This was very helpful in making our final decision on the purchase.

Bill was timely, competent, and thorough. He went above and beyond to help my family make the most informed decision about our home purchase. He unfortunately was not able to complete the job due to a realtor error but offered to come out the next day in an effort to help. Not something most contractors would do. Highly recommend!

Update.....Melvin performed our inspection on house number 2. As per the previous inspection he went over everything with a fine tooth comb. He answered all our questions and made suggestions for home maintenance. With his attention to detail we felt confident in our decision to purchase our home. We have been in our new home for 2 weeks now & know we made a great decision thank to Melvin!Our inspector Melvin really took his time & went over everything with a fine tooth comb. He answered all our questions, there were a lot, with great patience. You could really tell he knew his stuff. Even suggested preventive maintenance for the septic field to keep issues from popping up later on. Even though we decided against the house, his attention to detail kept us from what would have been a money pit for years to come. We were very pleased with the entire process and will for sure be back when we find another house to buy.
