I visited the store twice on Friday the first time I was greeted by a lovely young lady by the name of Chelsea who led me around at a safe distance retrieved all my products in a friendly manner so a huge thank you for keeping your products safe. Staff were super friendly today. They still have their covid procedures in place. Masks required, no reuse of scoops and sanitizing when you come in before shopping.

✔✅✅✅✔Bulk Barn, Cambridge, on Hespeler.Had everything I needed, store was clean and staff is very friendly.I was a little nervous when I entered without my mask as I have a medical exemption. I noticed one of the employees was watching me.So I asked her if she could just direct me to the product I needed so I could be out quicker and she said no no worries at all!" She directed me to the product was incredibly friendly and helpful as well as the young boy who was cashing me out. I will definitely be returning here!"

I like the fact that you can pick the quantity that you want to buy and that there are so many choices. You can save money when they offer the $5 off coupons. The store is very clean and well laid out. I have had a couple of problems with freshness. The bulk tea I bought was stale and also bird seed I had to return.

Have been going to bulk barn since the pandemic with no mask as of I guess 6 weeks ago they have started making it mandatory for masks and now are discriminating against Canadians who have exemptions. I went in today to get supplies for my daughters 3rd birthday cake and was asked to leave. I Will not be supporting this business any longer.

This is a great store, has lots of good food all fresh easy to find. I shop here often. Today, however, as I was waiting to pay for my purchase, I heard the cashier (whose first name begins with c,) be incredibly rude to a shopper who had just entered. And then she was rude to me as I stepped up to the cash. I know these are difficult times but there's no need for that.
