I’ve been going to this salon for years and never have I once been less than blown away by their expertise and the quality of products. I’ve never been rushed through a service: to the contrary Kana spends a huge amount of time on my hair, with exquisite attention to detail. I’ve never once seen a stylist work on two clients simultaneously, you get their full attention. And Kana’s suggestions always make me look my best! Highly recommended, especially for those with fine hair!

I always ask Kana for my haircut as she is amazing and has great skills! They are very friendly, fair price, and keep the salon clean. This salon is my go to hair salon, I won't go anywhere else. 100% recommended! :)

i don't usually write google reviews but i had such a great experience at 03 hair salon today. momoka did a fantastic job on my hair (it's the best my hair has looked in a while) and was extremely accommodating/kind when i was not physically feeling the best and fidgeted in my chair after sitting down for a long time. prices are very reasonable for downtown toronto! i got a haircut + balyage + toner + olaplex treatment for under $300 (minus tip).if you want to talk about a salon that goes above and beyond, i nearly passed out (i had eaten something funny that morning) and momoka and another employee physically hoisted me off the ground and helped me walk to the bathroom and recover. i was extremely embarrassed afterwards but they were very kind. i definitely tipped for their exceptional customer service!

I had a perm and haircut with Emi/Emily Sugawara and it was an amazing experience! I really appreciate Emi's attention to detail and how she was able to take care of all of my requested hairstyle needs. I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere of Chura, soon to be O3, hair salon! Whatever your hair needs may be I am sure Emi and the staff at this location will take care of you!

Had my Japanese permanent hair straightening done here. It took 3.5 hrs and the result was amazing. Not to mention that this place quoted me $300 including the hair cut, which was a lot lower than other places. I could tell Amy was very skilled at assessing the right chemical solution and duration to get the best results, since I've been getting hair straightening done for over 20 years now. Also, the staff were super kind and friendly that made me feel comfortable pumping breast milk while I'm getting my hair done! Highly recommend!!!

Loved my haircut with Chihiro. She was attentive and frequently checked in to make sure I was happy with the length.I also got a haircut here back in 2021 and wanted to donate my hair, and they were great about measuring each ponytail to make sure it met the minimum length requirements before cutting. Definitely appreciate the care and attention to detail!Friendly service and prices are fair. 5% discount if you pay with cash.

Amazing experience! Kana really cared for my hair, she cut and styled it just the way I wanted to. Service and price were equally amazing. This is my new go-to salon and I can’t wait to go back!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I found my last visit very disappointing. The hairstylist I was assigned (name starting with a K) barely cut my hair even though I asked for a trim to tidy up any split ends. I still have the same issue as I did before the cut. Not sure what I was charged for, quite frankly.She also didn’t seem to know how to properly blow dry hair so my hair wasn’t even straight when I walked out. My previous experience was much better. There needs to be some quality control here... what I observed was not up to par with Japanese standards.The girls were pleasant and the place was clean, but I won’t be returning.

Visited for a cut and highlights. The director stylist, Mizuki listened well, was attentive and helped me clarify my unclear image. I am very satisfied with her reliable skill and personality.
