I had a fantastic experience with the customer service at Body Energy Club. It's definitely one of the best I've encountered. The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to recommend the best options for me. In particular, Jarima stood out to me. She assisted me with a return and recommended a great replacement. The entire process was seamless and hassle-free.

People come here so they can order things tailored to their diet. So when you’re keto and ask for something specific and they give you something with banana, that defeats the purpose. First time I went the cashier understood the assignment. Second time the dude was like “we cant do that” and subbed some other smoothie claiming it was what I ordered #doesntevenlift

Store is small and tight. Lots of boxes and stock on the floor. Staff is friendly at the counters and helpful when ordering smoothies.

Professional, courteous staff, and great product options. Protein powders, vitamins, and lots of vegan options! Way to go! I don’t like the trend of asking for tip when you’re in a store-type business hence 4 stars and not 5. I always feel bad for not leaving a tip, but I hope that the employees get paid well.

How could u accept delivery orders while you can not provide parking????? We’re getting $50 ticket for picking up the orders for skip and uber or we have to pay $4 everytime for $6 order which is not fair. If you can’t provide so do not accept orders

Bang energy, c4 and ghosts are awesome as an energy drink drinker. The protein shakes are great too. Friendly staff and free parking underground. Just bring your parking stub with you inside.
