I can’t say enough about my recent experience with Darshil at the 17 Ave & 39 st sw store. I have been there twice in the last couple weeks to upgrade both my phone and my daughters phone/plan and he has been amazing - offering money saving options and going above and beyond to ensure we both had the best product and plan to met our needs at the best deal. Very rarely do I get service worthy of taking the time to post a review but his level of service definitely warranted it. Thanks Darshil!

Once again, I had an absolutely amazing experience. I had to switch my service from Shaw to Rogers due to the buy out. Aman was excellent, he made the entire process simple and fast. He also remembered me from the last time I was in. He is brilliant and a credit to their company. Also all the staff there were fun to talk to. They go the extra mile for their customers.

I had called to see if the phone they wanted was in stock, and Darshil answered the phone and said it was! When I got down there the store was busy and Darshil was so polite and handling a store full of customers very well! Once it was my turn, he made the process so easy to upgrade my phone! He was very kind, fast and made the process fun! If you’re looking for a new upgrade, I recommend seeing him! Amazing customer service! :)

Darshil and his co-worker (sorry I never got her name) were both incredibly helpful. I let them know about my contract ending and that it, obviously, needed to be renewed. The process between the phones backing up, updating, and transferring data were lengthy - but neither of them could control that. They made sure I was comfortable, responded to my requests, and were not aggressive about selling me other add-ons, while still presenting my options. Very much appreciated that. While there are other locations closer to me, I recommend going to this one!
