My husband and I spent weeks trying to attain hardware for 6mm panels to build a greenhouse. In the first conversation which would eventually lead to many we were told they had panels but no hardware. We were advised to call back at a later date of when they expected the next shipment. Multiple times we called back in the time frame they suggested and we were told they were out of stock again. Today my husband called and spoke with Chris and was informed that once again they were out of stock and that if he had wanted hardware he should of pre-ordered. The idea of pre-order was never suggested prior to this because we were told they are usally well stocked. I then called Chris back to try and inquire as to why in the many previous phone calls no one recommended us pre-ordering. The conversation ended with Chris stating I was a nobody because I wasn't a regular customer and proceeded to hang up on me. I think this company needs to have a closer look at the customer service some of their employees are providing.

Needed some seed and lime. I originally hesitated to go in this place, but once I got in I realized that it was my favorite shop I have ever been in. Old school place, but if you deal with Al you can guarantee the best price and service! Much better than a Home Depot or Rona!

If you have a little patience for occasional inventory issues, the prices and the help they can offer with product selection are worth it. Their catalogue isn't always up to date, so just call and tell them what you need and they'll put you through to the person who knows the most about it.
