I used Schroeder Consulting Ltd for a house appraisal and was extremely impressed by the professionalism, service and responsiveness of Jeff. The reasonably priced appraisal was set up quickly and seamlessly via email. I was given various date and time options for convienence; all of which were within a reasonable timeframe. Jeff showed up a few minutes earlier than the appointment time and completed the house viewing in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the appraisal report from Jeff sooner than expected and appreciated the time and detail that obviously went into completing it.
