The customer service is very good every time I have come to get paint. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Im very happy with the quality of paint it is rather pricey but I have found you definitely get what you pay for. Very good variety of colours to choose from as well.

I was looking forward to getting my paint materials from my local paint shop last Friday as I've heard many good things about this place.Maybe I was just unlucky to get this particular person to help me because she was almost dismissive, not friendly at all. Maybe she was having a bad day.I took a photo of my old yellow paint can to get a possible match, and when I showed the photo of the formula to her (yes the quality wasn't great but I could read it), she waved her hand at me and told me she can't see it and it's useless, no follow-up suggestion how I can help her figure out, just dismissed me. After that interaction, I figured she really didn't want to help me, so I just got 2 gallons each white paint and primer and some painting materials without getting the yellow paint. They could have got another 100 bucks but oh well. Also the white paint didn't match our previous paint either even when I brought a swatch to match. She also didn't tell us when all the paints were ready on the counter after she disappeared to the back.I was gonna leave 1 or 2 stars but the gentleman who helped us at the end was really friendly. I wish he helped us from the start!

I was getting a second opinion regarding a stain project and had made several calls to several locations, exhausted without getting a good idea, finally called here and Keith saved me the time Very knowledgeable and patient. Definitely recommend

Great service - friendly and helpful staff that know their stuff! We got everything we needed to paint our place (including some very helpful advice!) and were happy to be able to get it all from a great local paint store.
