Ear Nose Throat & Sinus Ctr

I took my son to see Dr. Fox and by far this was the worst experience I have ever had. He shouldn't be allowed to work with children. He forces tonsil sticks down histhrough causing my son to puke all over me and cuts his tonsils. He was rude and very arrogant. He's very old and his hands are very shaky. Visit him at your own risk.

Dr Fox is the best .. He is professional , friendly , fast and goes to the point .. receptionist is friendly as well

Did a very nice job cleaning and testing .Took nice care of my elderly mother.

Dr. Fox is an ear nose and throat excellent specialist. I visit him every 4 months to care for my ear nose and throat.

This review is for the secretary. I called this doctors office two days ago, and was told that there were some available spots that week and she could get me in the next morning at 10 am. Well that was today. I called around 7 am to re schedule because my husband who was originally suppose to come with me had to cancel and reschedule. So I called back. This secretary, was unbelievable to say the least. She called me back eventually and said.. you missed your appt. And I said yes.. did you get my message. She said yes. Keep in mind, her tone the entire time was very .. above it. Pretentious is the correct word. She then said June is the next availability. And I said wait excuse me.. and it was very clear what she was doing. I asked her if there was a late fee I could pay and she said no I have to wait til June. At this point is was very obvious she was trying to use whatever power she thinks she has to control the situation. I had no problem letting her know I thought she was being rude and doing this on purpose. I called my doctors office told them exactly what was going on and then they called her. My doctor then called me back and said.. she was taking what you did personally and told her herself she expects me to call back and basically kiss her but. She also told my doctor that I had yelled at her which was incredibly untrue. But I guess she can spin it whatever way she wants. I called her back and said I’d like to book an appt and she told me I have to pay 50 dollars and say sorry to her. …. I said… wow.. all of the sudden I have to pay… and she absolutely will not get an apology out of me. I said if she didn’t book my appt I would show up and let the doctor know what she was doing.. and she finally booked me in for December. That literally took an hour for me to book an appt with this lady. Who clearly thinks she owns the place. I’ll be speaking to the doctor about it!

Been seeing Dr. Fox for decades , excellent care , quick and efficient . His office administrator is another topic

To come across Dr. Fox was a true blessing, after having a surgery at St. Josephs my sinus issues that I previously had for a long time are completely gone and I have much less mucus accumilation afterwars even without having to rinse and use sprays on a regular basis. Thank you sir.

Was a bit of a waiting but the doctor knows what he's doing.He clearly explained to us what the situation is and the steps to follow. No beating around the bushes, no sugar coating.The parking is paid (and enforced) and it is using a proprietary app for mobile payments (not working with Green P or Honk apps).

Great experience. Was referred regarding sinus issues. Clearly explained treatment methods, referred me for a CT Scan, and discussed the results afterwards. Very patient, calm, and understanding. I was late for my second appointment by over 30 minutes, totally my fault, and he still made time to see me.
