I’ve been getting my hair done by Carole for many years and I always have a wonderful experience. She does a great job every time whether it’s a cut, colour, or a blowout. I have very thick and long hair and Carole always puts the most effort and care into her work so I know I’m going to walk out happy after every appointment.

Fantastic experience! My natural hair is dark brown but I want to go platinum blond so I booked with Erica who is a colour specialist. She is very knowledgeable and works efficiently - definitely worth the premium rate.

My first time here and I had Carole and she did a great job cutting my hair. She was patient polite and really listened to me about what haircut I wanted. Thanks so much for making me feel so much better . I have had loads of compliments from family and friends on how lovely my new haircut is.

I had been looking for a stylist who understood the specific needs of my curly hair for almost 20 years!!I tried numerous salons until I finally gave up & ventured to experimenting by myself.I finally found Lala, a professional stylist who exactly knew what I wanted!!I got a short stylish haircut & came out looking & feeling GREAT!!!Lala attended to me right on my appointment. The Salon is neat & the reclining chair at the wash station is very comfortable!!!Lala showed me how to define my curls & gave me suggestions on how to maintain the health of my hair. The products she uses contain natural ingredients & are easy on the hair.I bought Vida curl cream & Rely gel, which I am using daily to hydrate & maintain my curls!! I highly recommend these products.Thank you, Lala!!!I look forward to my next appointment!!

I would highly recommend Trevor to anyone with textured hair. I was feeling ready for a change but didn't have a specific style in mind. Trevor was able to make suggestions that were tailored to my hair type. I also appreciated his willingness to share tips and techniques that I could use at home. Throughout my appointment, he was focused and meticulous, making sure that I was happy with the end result!

I’m surprised to say the least at how bad this haircut was. I grew my hair long for a while before finally deciding to go to Lala for a curly cut and was very nervous. I told her it had been a while since I’d gotten a haircut and she seemed low energy and like she wanted to get it done quick. I showed her a reference photo from her instagram and she quickly said yes she will do this but I expressed that I wanted curtain bangs (the longer kind). She proceeded to cut my bangs quite short in the front and started cutting without even a spritz of water to see my natural curl pattern. My hair had been brushed out and was unwashed so it looked nothing like it would washed, and I really didn’t want to lose too much length and told her that. Unfortunately she cut it very quickly dry and then after washing it I noticed how short the bangs and layers looked with wet curls. When I came home I saw one side of my hair was lopsided and a completely different length than the other and the face framing had random long pieces in the front on the right side that weren’t on the left. I sent her photos on Instagram and am waiting for a response. If you have been growing out your curls and are ready for a cut, beware of this happening. She also seemed disinterested in my needs and was speaking to her assistant for most of the appointment.

I had an amazing experience!!!I'm Brazilian, I have curly hair and I didn't know how to take care of it. Surprisingly, Erika made the most beautiful cut of my life, and she even recommended me a wonderful product that restored shine to my hair, now everyone is praising me.Thank you very much, I will be back for sure!

a wonderful experience!after not getting a haircut in over a year due to multiple bad experiences elsewhere, i decided to give kokopelli a try based on numerous recommendations. i was a little nervous going in, but had nothing to worry about! the atmosphere of the salon was great, and the staff were all friendly. i had my hair cut by trevor, who had a great attention to detail and overall was very kind. i left very happy and will definitely be going back!
