Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They took extra care with my food even though I only got a single taco. The lady making my food even asked if I wanted hot sauce on it while she was assembling it, which never happens at any other location. Very pleased

Amazing experience, every time I go the staff are so friendly and make every visit a great one. Been coming here for years and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon

Don't order online before 1030 you will have to wait a half hour until they are open the app website and Google times are wrong, not open until 1030

The woman working the evening of July 14th, 2023 around 7PM gave my partner and I exceptional service and she is polite and an absolute wholesome person. Food was just as amazing as her personality and service.

Fast friendly service

Ordered a crisp meat burrito combo with mexi fries and a drink, and 2 veggie burritos because of a Thursday upsell. Only got 1 salsa/hot salsa container. I asked for extra salsa for my extra 2 burritos and said I would have to pay more and she pointed to the sign. I wanted 4, and was charged for 2 as she said I gave you 1 extra for free. Then the charge was $0.75 but the sign said $0.35 each. I did question this as I paid cash. I was told it was GST. I questioned again and she told be she rounded to the penny and showed me the receipt. THE TILL IS NOT PROGRAMMED PROPERLY or something SHADY! If I was to buy each burrito individually and my mexi fries individually I would have automatically received the salsa for free. $.05 GST is based on the dollar NOT $0.70 cents. I may be wrong, just doesn’t seam right. The BBB and the CRA need to be made aware of this business practice and I will learn more! Which I plan to do!I’m not going to knock the food and I love the salsa. I even suggested to this company 20 years ago the salsa should be on store front shelves. Hmm, instead, 35 cents each for an ounce…..Service and stupid policies of saving a dollar. Getting rid of the self serve dispensers should have done the trick. Look into your own staff members to save a dollar.Not concerned over the $.75, but 3 burritos and mexi fries that was over $20 and then told I am entitled to only 1 salsa, oh plus a free one one the house is absurd.Boycotting for 1 year!Regards,PSPlease do not contact and offer coupons.Thanks……….Thank you for looking into this, and the changes you propose. My family and I have been stopping here for over 20 years. Best staff (long term employees!) and we have never been disappointed. Food is always great and service is amazing! If you are going to go in person or order online, I highly recommend.

When I asked for hot sauce I was told it was a charge, so I said cool ill pay but then i proceeded to keep hearing them complain about the cost from the manager. When I asked for a extra napkin I swear she wanted to charge me for that too. Tight and cheap was the feeling
