The Paw Resort & Wellness Centre

I own 2 cats and a dog, and have been a customer of The Paw for 5 years in total. During this time we have boarded our pets here, as well as bring in our high-energy dog for puppy playcare. My dog enjoys the playcare so much that he begs to go on weekends.The staff are engaging and insightful, always up to date on the well-being of the pets.I would give The Paw triple the available stars for the years of fantastic service. Thank you.To anyone considering becoming a customer, I highly recommend that you do.

My dog loves The Paw! Staff is amazing and friendly. I have always recommend them with friends when they get new puppies. The staff does such a good job with grooming, my dog loves staying there overnight in her own private area and love the fact that she gets to spend the day in the Zoom Room and I get emails with pictures of how she is doing. Definitely will keep going there and will recommend them to any pet owner I meet. Thanks for all you do!

We use The Paw for play care, grooming, boarding and training and the staff always go above and beyond, they are truly wonderful!! I highly recommend taking your pets here for one or all services that they provide, you will not be disappointed!A+++ The Paw we love and appreciate you!!!

We started coming to The Paw to see Dr Frank Nichols (who is fantastic), and have come to realize that the store at the Resort is a real gem too. They actually fit harnesses and dog coats and such, so that a person doesn't have to blindly buy a size and hope it fits! After having purchased some wrong sized stuff elsewhere, that's an absolute game changer for me. When I comparison shop their prices, The Paw has been very competitive, often beating prices I've seen elsewhere, which has been a pleasant surprise (especially considering the value that comes with only buying properly fitted stuff). We haven't done play care yet, but the staff are amazing and the idea of supervised play will really help set my mind at ease.

The care and attention to the animals that The Paw provides is exceptional. You can feel how much love they have for every animal that comes through their door. Our dog was sick and unable to attend playcare for a short time. He was unable to see the vet right away and without hesitation the staff offered for him to be able to see Frank. We love them, and so does our pup!

The Paw Resort & Wellness Centre gets an amazing A+++ from us. I recently boarded my 2 huskies for the weekend and I would be lying if I wasn’t nervous about doing so. One of my pups is epileptic so it’s hard to leave her with someone else, especially with having to have medications administered at specific times. The staff at The Paw were absolutely fantastic and the pups loved their time there. Not once did I feel that my pups weren’t safe in their care. We will 100% be using their boarding services again in the future.

Everyone at the Paw has been awesome to our dogs, always friendly and supportive. The dogs LOVE hanging out and playing with everyone and get very excited when we turn up the drive. We are very lucky to have the facility and caring staff for our pups!!

I highly recommend taking your pets to The Paw! When our dog goes for grooming and play care, she comes home a happy and played out pup! The staff are incredibly friendly! It is so comforting to know we are leaving her in such great hands at The Paw!

I have taken my dog Bauer to the Paw for a groom and de-shed, and no place compares to The Paw. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They make sure you leave 100% satisfied, and my dog loves going there! The staff make sure to ask important questions based on the dogs needs for the groom. I always leave happy and satisfied. We will definitely be back for more grooming!! Can’t say enough good things about this place.
