They're very helpful here with answering your questions and suggesting recommendations for your painting needs. We weren't very confident in doing some parts ourselves, but they convinced us that what we needed to do was super easy and didn't need someone else doing it for us. They told us the tools we needed and we got the job done! Very friendly service. We used their Regal interior paint and the product is great, low VOC, no smell as we painted.

I was looking into purchasing textural wallpaper for one of my wall at home. I came into the store and was able to find variations of the concrete pattern I had in mind. I am very glad I came in, because I was able to see and feel the wallpapers catalogs in stores as compared to viewing photos online. After working out the details, I was contacted by Debby a couple days later and finalized my order. The wallpaper was received within two weeks, flown in from Germany. I am very pleased with the overall experience. And wallpaper quality looks and feels fantastic. I cannot wait for the professional to hang this onto my soon-to-be accent wall!

Steve was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations of products. He made sure that I only bought supplies that were necessary to my needs; as opposed to pushing products on me. There were two other staff (a younger chap and a lady) and the working environment came across as laid back and jovial, which is very Canadian. Go visit!

Rock Star!I was referred to this location by another Benjamin Moore location because they knew they could get the job done. I'm building/replacing a surround unit for a client and the matching of a stain colour was critical. I left Dave a sample of trim and he matched it in four hours. In fact the tint is so close to the trim the client can't tell the difference. Great job!

Don't go. They took advantage of my lack of knowledge and sent me home with 4 cans of ceiling paint when I only needed 1.I wasn't told I was buying tinted and thought it was their regular Super White". But I went back to speak with them about it and they informed me that they were tinted and couldn't be returned.The woman I spoke to was very rude at the counter

I've always had very good customer service here. However, now with social distancing, you get a much more personal experience. By that I mean, they now have someone at the paint swatch area to help pick and match colours. Very nice touch. Hopefully they keep this in the future. Felt like my questions were all answered and didn't feel rushed. Not that I felt rushed before. Best paint, of course.

Christine Connelly is an amazing designer and colour expert. She helped with my paint and colours for a downtown condo renovation. I was able to sell that unit for the highest price per square foot in that old building. I was sure it was her design help and expert paint suggestions. BM paint quality is second to none. Excellent service. Use this store!
