Very decent prices and good customer service. We have gotten our dogs nails done twice here and our cat bathed once here as well. We will definitely come back. Sam and all the other employees are easy and great to deal with.

Mara did a great job on Speedy, our Pomeranian. She was mindful of his aches and pains of an older dog. Will be returning.

Our first time here and we are so pleased with Chico’s haircut, Mara did a great job and I know how challenging it is to groom Chico as I used to do it during pandemic. Thank you so much!

The best. My 3 puppies don't like getting their nails done, but they are talked to from start to finish, and that makes them much happier and more relaxed.

I literally JUST left there with my freshly groomed golden and I feel compelled to write this review. This was his first appointment here and with Mara, and I was anxious at first because dog grooming tastes can vary. But Mara immediately got to the ground to see my dog on his level, and asked me so many questions about my preferences (which I have a lot of but I’m always afraid to voice them!). She completely understood and had no issues with all of my preferences. She communicated frequently with me through the appointment when she thought it would take longer than she originally said. And when I picked him up, he looked PERFECT and happy. His haircut is amazing, exactly what I wanted and better. If you are an anxious dog parent, this a great place to take your dog. I haven’t had experience with any of their other groomers but it is worth going for Mara alone! Thank you so much!

First time having our dog get groomed at Jazzys and they did an amazing job! Cashman (pet) seemed to have a good time! Loved that they sent photos after the grooming and all smiles from Cash! Will definitely be back!

Katie has been pampering my 18 month old curly coated, Bernadoodle, Ruby, every 6 weeks since since her very first puppy groom. Katie is wonderful, she always takes the time to check in for any instructions before hand, and afterwards, lets me know of any special grooming attention that Ruby would benefit from between professional grooming visits.I can't recommend Katie, and Jazzy pet grooming, highly enough! I'm so happy that I chose this salon from the beginning!!

My whole family has been going to Rachel for grooming services since before she started with Jazzy. (This a total of 6 dogs). We are all super happy she is back in Kingston! Rachel handles all of our babies with patience and a gentle touch!
