First time dealing with Fincham and I'm very impressed. Friendly, courteous service. I needed car paint and Derrick looked after me. I ordered the wrong stuff and he took it back saying that it was a popular colour and he would be able to sell it no problem. This kind of service is on the decline everywhere but here. I'll be back, keep up the good work Fincham !

Super friendly folks here with an amazing ability to pull hard to find parts for my old Ford out of thin air! Fast too, parts were available in a couple of hours ready for pickup, along with a good price. I am glad to have found them.

Great place for parts ! I've been doing business here for over 30 years. My parts guy Rob just retired from his job here but the rest of the staff is amazing.

When ordering auto parts recently I was sad to hear that John had retired last month and would no longer work at Fincham. Congrats John!However I was pleasantly surprised that Karetta was so customer focused. She suggested Bosch QuietCast brake parts for good value and clean performance for my needs. What good is brut stopping power when wheels and valve stems get tarnished with difficult to wash sticky powder and fingers get stained with fine soot when checking tire air pressure? ...Blah! Performance is also clean and quiet. The following week I wanted more but some items were out of stock. The order was placed and Karetta informed me early next morning that all was ready for pickup.It is this type of knowledge and service that keeps me coming back and recommending Fincham to family, friends and professionals.
