Two weeks ago came to this branch to get passport pictures taken with my family. The girl behind the counter acted very busy and agitated. She asked me to sit in the seat infront of the white background and I asked her if my face was straight and does this position to sit will look ok in the photo and she started making weird agitated faces like she doesn’t want to do her job. Once she took the picture I asked her to show me how it looked and she rolled her eyes . I mean if you don’t want to do this job then why’re you even working there ? Wish I could give zero stars for the kind of customer service we received that day.

Absolute mess! Staff is never available. Spent 1hour to get my copies done. Nothing here is organized whatsoever. Reached there in the morning as soon as they opened and they were out of regular printing paper, inspite of asking the staff they said this is all we have.Ended up paying 3 times the cost for printing my stuff.

I went to the Grand Park Mississauga Staples store this morning on 29th April 2023, to do some photo copies and scan some documents. An associate (she/her) at the store assisted me with the scanning of documents, she showed me how to scan documents but never told me that once the time runs out, you will not be able to extend it and all your saved work will be lost. She looked at my documents and told me to authorize $10 to scan all documents which I did, and I started scanning my docs. The scanner was slow due to which the timer ran out and all my saved work was deleted and system restarted. I spoke to the manager Khalil about this issue, he said you should have authorized more, its not her mistake and he said you should know how it works, which is totally unacceptable. Later I mentioned it to the lady who was assisting me, she further spoke to him and he said that we can refund $5.09 against $9.83 that I paid for no reason. I told him this is my last visit to the store and he had the audacity to say ok". For a refund of $5.09 I had to wait for 30 mins as the manager was on phone and none of the other employees knew how to do it. I purchased a 2 TB hard disk from the store and I was literally happy that I will not have to come back here again

I had visited this place to take printouts. The kiosk attached with the printer was really user friendly.Printing rates are reasonable. They have stationary section as similar to other branches. My overall experience was good. Staffs were friendly.

There is no clear directions posted for customers to use the services. People generally lose their patience when it comes to technology, so customers would benefit from clear directions posted If the staff were more approachable, friendly and helpful it would make the experience better for all. Some staff actually look miserable which is unfortunate.

Only 2 employees running the printing section on a weekend. One was at the shipping service for the entire 40 min I was there and the other was cashing customers out, passport photos and helping customers using the printers. Took her 20 min to acknowledge that Ive been waiting at the custom printing station.

Quieter Staples location depending on the time. Staff is friendly, very welcoming, and helped me above and beyond. Just look it up online to see if they have what you looking for and pick it up. Clean organized store and lots of parking.

Usual Staples store .. with medium size situated in Rio Grand park .. it has ample parking space .. different type of variety products .. the store is clean and less crowded than most places .. some items for many products are out of stock .. but when asked they have it in there storage .. so it is better that they restock as quickly ..
