I love my Caddydriver! Easy to fold, easy to use, and I find it makes me walk faster on the course.

My name is Frank Rancourt and I’m from Trois-Rivières, QcJ’utilise le caddydriver depuis 1 an maintenant, c’est un pull cart électrique tout simplement formidable. J’avais magasiné avant de trouver ce kart là sur internet et les prix pour un kart électrique avec manette à distance était très dispendieux. Je trouvais que le Caddydriver n’étais vraiment pas dispendieux et je me suis dit que je n’avais pas grand chose à perdre, au finale sa été mon meilleur choix. Le terrain où je joue à de bonne côte et il les montes sans problème. Avec un charge complète, je fais 2 x 18 trous sans problème et presque 3. Quand j’ai fait le test, la batterie était décharger après 16 trous du 3 ième 18. Si jamais il venais qu’à briser c’est certain que je vais m’en acheter un autre. Je ne peux plus m’en passé.Merci à toute l’équipe de Caddydriver. J’ai eu un bris à date et c’est une pine sur le moyeux de la roue ce qui fait que la roue tourne dans le vide et le kart ne tourne plus. Le service à la clientèle m’en a envoyé une autre que j’ai pu remplacer facilement. Le service après vente est aussi exceptionnel que le kart.I have been using the caddydriver for 1 year now, it is a simply great electric pull cart. I had shopped before finding this kart on the internet and the prices for an electric kart with remote controller were very expensive. I found that the Caddydriver was really not expensive and I told myself that I did not have much to lose, in the end it was my best choice. The ground where I play has a good side and he climbs them without problem. With a full charge, I do 2 x 18 holes without problem and almost 3. When I did the test, the battery was discharged after 16 holes of the 3rd 18. If ever it were to break it is certain that I'm going to buy myself another one. I can't do without it anymore.Thanks to the whole Caddydriver team. I had a breakage to date and it is a pine on the hubs of the wheel which causes the wheel to spin in a vacuum and the kart no longer spins. Customer service sent me another one that I was able to replace easily. The after-sales service is as exceptional as the kart.

Caddydriver is an awesome cart! As a senior golfer who prefers to walk it allows me to get some exercise without wearing myself out. I just played two rounds of 18 and a round of 9 over the last three days all on quite hilly courses in the heat, and Caddydriver made it not only possible but comfortable too! I charged the lithium battery after each day but the battery indicator was still showing full charge, pulling up hill in the 18th each time. I’m sure it could do at least 2 full rounds on a charge, maybe more. The learning curve was not difficult for me. East to operate, logical controls, and I have learned to automatically turn off the remote when I put in my pocket. An important step, otherwise unintentional commands can happen.

Spectacular Customer Service and Responsiveness so far. I've had a few questions about the product and how to use it. Management responds quickly. Product is excellent! My advice is to use this company if you are looking for a great motorized walking cart. You won't go wrong!

I am now into my 2nd year with my cart, have played many rounds with it and honestly, I could not be happier.It performs very well, and I really enjoy being able to get the extra exercise by walking the golf courses now.

I've been using my CaddyDriver for a few years now, and really like it! It's very reliable and I enjoy the walk without having to pack my clubs. I'm constantly surprised by how many I'm starting to see on the course.

Chariot stable, bonne autonomie (avec batterie lithium, capable de jouer 36 trous sans problème. Le grand défaut du chariot est que le moteur électrique est bruyant. Si vous regardé les vidéos su chariot en mouvement, nous avons un bruit d'avion ou de la musique pour éviter d'entendre le bruit du moteur

I hope this review shows up on their website, as I really didn't see any negative reviews.PositiveBattery life - good for 2.5 almost 3 rds on the lithiumSpeed - variable speeds, more than fast enoughStability - good on flat grounds, with my luck the unit seems to always find the holes lolRemote - works as shownNegativeBattery charger - poor charging design, should shut off and trickle charge once fully charged. Otherwise it takes at least 10 hrs to fully charge the lithium. Was told once it charges, it starts discharging it then recharging, therefore using up the aforementioned 700 charges on the battery life. Set a timer or reminder to unplug it after 10 hrs is best.Steering - poorly designed, front wheel should not be fixed. Hard to control as it sometimes turns to quickly and then not so quickly. Best to steer on grass. Also don't steer going up hill. Have to press quickly to steer it a little left or right. Has an adjustment on the front wheel to align it, however if your bag happens to change weight on either side it will alway pull towards the weighted side, hence having to tap it left or right to keep it straight.Remote - mine stopped working after a year, found that if I warm it up, it works. Seems like it's a cold joint in the electronics. Obviously not covered after a year. So haven't bought a new one yet. Also Remote won't speed up or slow down the unit if you start it on the main unit itself.Battery - died less than a year in, would only give 6 holes. The Company made it out that it was my fault, see above mentioned Battery charger issue. Which was not true. Gave me someone else's used battery instead of a new replacement.Size- very big and heavy as it doesn't fold down to a decent size, I thought my old sun caddy was big. So makes sharing rides a little embarrassing when they have to fit bag and caddy.Other issues - unit stops frequently on its own while moving. I have walked into it many times when it stops without notice. Mentioned it to the company and they had no answer, nor offered to fix it. My friend has one and his does the same thing, but not as frequently. Mine will stop sometimes 3 or for times in one hole.Customer service - a little rough on the edges, the sales guy really doesn't seem like he wants to be there so he has no enthusiasm to sell it to you. I had to make that decision based on reviews. Also, the sales guy is the service guy as no one else came out to deal with the unit issues i brought up and they seemed bothered by me asking for service and to uphold their warranty. Hence, getting an old used battery as a replacement.So you're probably asking why I bought one with this review? Price, cheapest of the bunch. Reviews were quite positive, again saw little Negative ones. Local company, so assumed I would get great customer service for issues.Would I buy another one, probably not.
