Would give a 0 star if possible. The guy who made my bubble tea was Very rude to his colleague and also he gave me a cup with a crack and the hot tea leaked and damaged my down jacket. When I told the guy about it, he was like Oh" and simply took the broken cup back and not apologized at all. Instead of making a new one for me he simply poured the tea from the broken cup into the new cup and added some tea and there we go! My contaminated Peach Oolong Tea and my CK jacket. I have been to Justea many times, mainly for their boba. The tea is very good and the food is tasty. As of recently however, the service has not been great and deters me from going there further.Their wait times are typically between 5-30 minutes, either for just a boba when it is not busy or half an hour for food or boba with it being busy. I am used to the wait times, and I don't always get bothered by it.There have been two occasions that don't leave me pleased. I ordered food onetime because I was really hungry and wanted to treat myself to justea's. I ordered, got my food, then went home to eat. Halfway through eating, I found a piece of aluminum scrubby shrapnel in my noodles. Finding it and setting it aside, I became worried that what I ate may have contained some other pieces. I don't want pieces to sit in my gut and hurt me from the inside out. I called them to notify them incase it might be affecting others food orders, they thanked me for the info and said they could compensate me if I wanted the next time I came in. I haven't asked for it, but its probably too late for a compensation now that its been roughly 2 1/2 weeks. I don't trust their food anymore knowing that they might have a cleanliness issue when cooking.My second occasion was just today. I wanted to get a boba, so I went, waited in line and then ordered. My boba order was 30% ice and sugar, taro milk tea with mango coconut jelly. The people in front of me got their boba right away (within minutes) and I waited for mine. The store was not busy, so I was thinking that I'd get my order very soon. After about 7 minutes another family came in, ordered theirs and theirs started to get made right away. I wondered if they had forgotten about my order since I didn't see mine being started when they were making the families. They handed out the boba the same time they handed mine (which was about 17 minutes later of me waiting) and mine was room temp, which tells me that they either made my drink early and the ice melted while waiting (I hope this wasn't the case), or its fresh but the tea was hot which melted the ice. 30% ice typically makes my drink cold/cool and not warm/room temp like I received it today. On top it it, they had larger straws for people with tapioca, and I usually want the same because the small straws are much harder to even get the jelly. I asked and they pointed to the straws at the table to the side, which only had the small ones. At that point I just took a small straw and left. After the long wait, the temp of the drink and the straw, I wasn't pleased.I don't think Ill be ordering from them again for a long while.

its been a long while since i have been in, i only came because my friend asked me to tag along. im really surprised and love the new direction. the new makeover inside and graphics are really fun.everything felt so out of place and disorganized (food and interior space) its refreshing that it has a cafe theme its leaning into without cluttering the space again. the decor before felt like i was in someones storage space...also LOVE the collab with the animation studio. the food is really good and much better then it has been too. drinks are about the same but i like the they are trying something new.overall like the change a lot, feels more welcoming, less cluttered, more friendly to use as a cafe space.

It’s my go to café recently. I was told about it from a friend in the Sheridan program and it feels very welcoming. The teas are really yummy and they have pink boba as a option which is delicious.

Good bubble tea shop in college area. I saw quite a lot of students. Bubble tea is good. It also offers Shanghai meals, which is ok in takeout.

Drinks are acceptable but i don't recommend the food at all. They're over priced and genuinely bad... Rice is hard and uncooked, the veggies are just convenient store frozen veggies. The tofu is overcooked and hard to chew. I have purchased several different dishes there and they are all unfortunate. Everything taste the same

I ordered one of their bento boxes and received cold stale day old rice, with a cold spring roll and cold veggies. The only thing that was eatable was the chicken.

Very cute board game room which we spent a lot of time in.Bubble tea was good, a small mess up on my order but was solved nicely. They were decorating so was a lot of hammering and drilling noises as we played. Workers were nice and lovely. The guy who made my drink came to put it down on our table where we were sitting (we were the only ones there) which was a nice service touch you don't typically get at BBT.Be careful parking in front of style encore too long if you plan to stay. I got towed once from that area so i reparked in my vision's vicinity as we played this time.Unfortunately last time my friend was here, she said she got a stomach ache from the bad milk. So we avoided any milk orders this time around. We didn't have any problems this time.

I've been here before and the atmosphere is just so much more vibrant. I love the art theme and seeing the college students work in action! I took a while just previewing the shop and looking at all the beautiful art before I even ordered :) very cool
