June 18th 2022 spice of life catering, catered our wedding. We had just over 100 people and we stressed about not having enough food. They pulled through and absolutely killed it. Everything was perfect, and was amazing. There was so much food everyone had 2 meals and still had left over. The amount of selection for desserts was unreal. For anyone curious. 10/10 rec them and have nothing bad to say. Good job spice of life and thank you

I can not thank Cheryl and her staff enough for taking care of two large events back to back for the Nanaimo Yacht Club. You were nothing short of fantastic. Food was amazing, set up beautifully done and most importantly you kept reassuring me that everything was going to be fine. I was scattered but you had everything handled. Spice of life catered our wedding of ~65 people and everyone was raving about the food. Cheryl accommodated any requests we had and was great to communicate with. We couldn't have made a better choice and will definitely be coming back for any future catering needs.

Spice of Life did the catering for our wedding of 95 guests. The food was amazing and she even allowed us to move dinner ahead by half an hour! Cheryl and her staff were professional and competent through the entire process. Many of the guests raves about the great tasting food and asked about who the caterer was? I would highly recommend Spice of Life for any of your catering needs. She was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We were guests at a wedding in September that was catered by Spice of Life. My wife and I are vegansand to our pleasant surprise they served a vegan chickpea curry dish which was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone else at the table (vegans or not), thoroughly enjoyed it as well. There were many other fantastic food options which catered to a variety of dietary preferences served also. Everyone at the table was talking about how amazing the food was all night.We finished dinner feeling full and satisfied.The staff was super professional and efficient. Unfortunately the weather was cold and wet, but they managed to do their jobs with a smile!I would highly recommend them for any catered event!

Spice of Life catered a reception following a Celebration of Life service for 50 people. Ordered assorted platters of hot and cold appetizers and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Great selection, tasty food and more than enough for all of us. Cheryl was very easy to work with and was extremely helpful for those with dietary restrictions. I highly recommend Spice of Life catering for your next function.
