This company was service-oriented and efficient. We contacted them for our dishwasher repair, and they provided a prompt response. The dishwasher did not fill with water, but thankfully, the repairman worked on the same issue before and knew what he needed to do. He was impressive as he fixed the problem in less than an hour.

I would suggest using a different repair company, The technician was not professional or courteous. He explained he didn’t know what the problem was, provided no quote or solution on fixing it other then “Just use 3 burners”. After calling the office, I was told I would receive a call back and never did. I was charged $75 for their call out and received nothing. No quote, no real solution. We weren’t provided any information.There are more professional companies out there I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
