Worst customer service EVER. Lost my two packages that I bought before covid for full body unlimited laser hair removal. I tried to call several times to find out since COVID what would happen to my 2 packages that I bought. Most times I got either hung up on or told, I don't know try back another time when the owner might" be here. How I am I supposed to know when that might be? I also sent email and got no reply. When I called back today I was just done with it

Don't waste your money...i am SO glad i went to this place from a Groupon sale and didn't pay per session. i had a total of 4/5 sessions (underarm/bikini line) i experienced puffy, swollen glands under my armpits to the point that sometimes i couldn't put my arms down. I was cancelled on last minute before an appointment and then never given a rescheduled date. I still shave as if i have never had a single session of laser...COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY :(
