Amazing service. They worked on my computer for about 2 weeks, and I never once felt like I wasnt getting their full attention. They didn't do any guesswork, they consistently were trying new methods to figure out problems. The all around personality of the employees was top notch, they were all kind and passionate about their work. Fantastic experience, will go back for anything that involves computers !

Have been going to Node-1 in Oshawa for several years. I have never had a bad experience. They are a family owned business. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, several degrees in this field, reasonable pricing and honest likely to a fault. Have recommended several people to go and NOT ONE" person that I know has anything but good to say about them. I was actually there twice today for issues that were resolved extremely quickly. You will not regret taking your computer/laptop to Node-1. Highly recommend!!"

I took a chance, based on a few reviews I had read as I didn't feel like paying the prices places like B*st B*y want.Very glad I did. This chap has a lot of integrity and it shows. Fixed issues with my computer without charging an arm and a leg. Could have made up some story and charged me twice as much- how would I really know? Changed a few things as well (all for the better) and gave me some insight into why he did them.I'm going to be taking another machine in for service soon, and would recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely the dumbest pair of idiots I have ever met. Please for love of God don't use these two clowns. I heard horror stories but didn't believe them until now. I went to Best Buy and got fixed up properly. Thanks for taking my money and leaving me with even more problems then I went in with.

I’ve been weary of computer repair stores in the past, after having been burned a few times by places that overcharge for issues that they never fix. I took a chance with this place because I started having issues, so I just got my computer fixed here, it was amazingly quick, not even 5 hours for me to drop it off and get it fixed! All my files were saved, and it was pretty cheap for what the issue was. 100% recommend this place, and I will be returning for any future issues, or when I want to get a new PC built!

These guys are great. They reinstalled windows on my PC and now it runs super fast. Not only that, but they took extra care to back up all my files before the installation; they even found files in folders I didn't know about and backed them up just to be safe. I think I am in good hands with Node-1 Computers in Oshawa, and I feel confident referring my friends and family too.Thanks again
