Healthy Living Medical Supply
I have been with Healthy Living for at least 5 years. Today I called to find out why haven't I received my diabetic insulin pump supplies. Only to find out that they have merged with another company & outsourced customer service to the Philippines. This is BEYOND unacceptable. Now you cannot get any clear answers about shipment of supplies. They want you to download an app to correspond with dealings with the company and your supplies. I most definitely will be looking for a new supplier.

I was really excited to switch over to this medical supply company for my daughters type 1 diabetes supplies Thought they would be better than my last supplier. We are definitely not off to a good start. On the phone for over 4 hours trying to register her account. Was transferred back and forth from call center to distribution center. Super frustrating! Im really hoping that once she’s in the system, reorder will be easier.-I wanted update my post. I called this morning around 8:55am and Mary answered. She was super nice and accommodating and answered my call within a few minutes. The solution may be to call early in the AM to get a fast service.-2nd update. Still haven’t received confirmation that my daughters diabetes supplies have been shipped. Been on hold for 3.5 hrs today. This is absolute insanity!

Would give 0 stars if I could. This company is joke and should be sued for medical negligence. My father has been without his diabetic sensor for a month. Each time we have spoken to an agent they have one excuse or another for why the shipment wasn't sent out and assure us it will be to our door in 5-7 business days. This has not happened. Their phone number to text tells you to text a different number to use, that other number doesn't get you any response. using the online chat feature does not get you a response. Social media accounts cannot get you a response and if you call the toll-free number, they tell you no supervisors are available, but they can have one call you back. Guess what, no one ever calls back. This is prescription medical supplies needed to maintain a healthy life and Healthy Living can't deliver. So disappointed.

Disaster!! What used to be one of the best durable medical equipment suppliers, is completely broken. Wait times are over 90 minutes, then you talk to someone every day who promises they are going to ship, and then they don't. Adept bought it and turned it into THE WORST place.Find someone else to deal with. You will be very disappointed.

Solara / Adept bought them out. They went from the best company for DME supplies to the worst overnight. Customer service might as well be non-existent. Zero communication of the buy out either. Apparently Solara got tired of being told to eff off so they just bought out the competition that was rated good, but then gutted them. I couldn't be unhappier. Stay away from them.I used to handle everything by text message with HLMS for my supplies and they always responded quickly. Suddenly, I get a call from a Solara number today asking me if I want to refill while claiming to be from HLMS. Weird how HLMS has *always* communicated via text message with me, but when they have called (at my request), they called from their own caller ID and the person was local. Now you get outsourced call center advisors after waiting hours on hold. This is not Healthy Living Medical Supplies anymore - this is Solara. Again - stay far away. These people should never be responsible for medical supplies and I have no idea how they can be in business.

This is a wonderful company to give business to. Very well trained...professional, courteous, quick to respond, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a T1 Diabetic for over 40 years and dealt with many medical supply companies. I’ve been working with Healthy Living for several years now, and even during the pandemic, they were so professional and kind. I believe so much of this is due to their training!! Change supplier if you can. I’ve been with this company for 2 years and all of a sudden I can’t seem to reorder my sensors. On the phone for over an hour and half four different days and still no results. I’m out of sensors and they just send me to person to person who can’t help. I’m in the process of changing supplier.

I have been calling every few days for months to get my new insulin pump the specialists" is always away and never returns calls or voicemails. I'm down to 4 pumps and have been trying to get them refilled. Each time I talk to someone they are waiting on something

Evidence makes me guess that phone reorder call center has been outsourced, On hold for 20 minutes with that AWFUL MUSIC only to have my call answered by some person (polite and pleasant as they were) out of the US with an accent that made it hard to understand. They no longer offer the personal touch on reorders that are so necessary some times (wanted to verify credit card and they have no access to billing information). We switched to Healthy Living because our previous supplier was so inept. SO DISSAPOINTED IN HEALTHY LIVING for their decision on on outsourcing to a call center for something so important as diabetic pump orders. To top it off, wait time is LONGER than before!
