Walk-In Clinic at Walmart Regina by Jack Nathan Health

Had a minor emergency on March 3/22 and have never been to any walk-in clinics in Regina before. From start to finish it was 30 mins and I was done my medical appointment at this location. The front desk staff were excellent and very polite and respectful and courteous and the attending physician, Dr Anigboro was right to the point, no nonsense doctor and knew the problem right away and the treatment to prescribe and I'm happy to say that all is well again and highly recommend this medical clinic for sure. Thank you for everything.

Love my doctor there but the admin staff are awful and rude.

Went in for a possibly dislocated shoulder, doctor had received reports on 23 october from imaging centre and I still did not receive a call from the clinic on 3 November because the doctor “did not think it was anything serious”. My pain has increased in the days that have passed and still the doctor did not bother to at the very least offer to call back with the results of the report. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone else in pain.

Worst experience ever. Doctor didn’t even introduce themselves, was rude and seemed very impatient. Before performing physical exam, doctor didn’t even think to mention he was about to begin even when I was visibly extremely vulnerable. He went on to blame me, saying that I misunderstood the process in a very cold manner. This experience traumatized me and will never go back or recommend.

Rude reception staff. The doctor asked my son to take X ray and then come back to check his results but when we went back to meet the doctor the receptionist said we must have an appointment just one hour after finishing the x ray check back. It’s unbelievable why they didn’t ask the doctor’s suggestion first. My son was broken arm I have no extra time to ague with the two rude receptionist. Finally we went to emergency and did the x ray again wasted lots of my time.

They have a fantastic front of office staff. Extremely efficient. Dr. Aginborough was great. Highly recommend this clinic if you live in the South. 5/5.

Service here is like waiting for the coming of Christ. The wait time is endless. Front staff are so inconsiderate. They give you one hour wait time for walk in but you end up spending 3hours for no justification.

Dr Golubovic is wonderful, he has gone above and beyond for me many times. Always professional and courteous, understands that I have limited availability to come in from out of town for appointments so has scheduled phone appointments from time to time to alleviate stress of getting to the city.The receptionist is just AWFUL. I have repeatedly had issues getting her to do a simple task of leaving a requisition for refills, she seems to think she is some kind of gatekeeper. I had no idea she went to Med School and took the Pharm D course just to become a receptionist...She refuses to entertain that regular meds can cause issues when not taken, just repeats over and over that an appointment in a week is not a good enough reason to put a simple requisition for refills on the Drs. desk.I'd say stick to the day job, but she's awful at answering phones too so I'm not sure what to say. They seriously need to explain to the staff in this clinic that they are just receptionists, they are not decision makers and they sure as anything should not be refusing to pass on simple messages between patient and Doctor.

I came here twice after being bit by a dog with the intention of getting stitches, the doctor I received care from was absolutely wonderful, kind compassionate and everything you wish for out of a physician. I didn’t need stitches (which he explained to me thoroughly as for a dog bite we wouldn’t want to close it as it could lock in an infection) and I came back again as instructed a week later to review how it had healed and to remove the bandages etc. My only wish is that he was still accepting new patients, if I have any further walk in concerns this is my first pick

They are never open when they say they are open. I've gone many times house before closing and they have stopped taking patients and close. It's ridiculousTo edit to the response below. Neither time has this been the issue. The receptionist has told me both times that the doctor is going home, or the doctor wants to leave for the day. This last time I went there was 1 person in the waiting room and the lady was closing the gates.
