Waiting in line at least 15 mins on a Saturday (was 2nd in line). They had 1 employee working (weekend that restrictions were lifted so they should’ve expected it to be busy and staffed up). Finally get to the front and they don’t have 1/2 the items to make a basic veggie bowl. Charging no less than $15 per order! Be prepared!

I go to the food court for lunch every day, sometimes twice. I avoid this place like the plague now, but every once in a while, I'll check for improvement. *gets disappointed*The good:- food is fresh (as it should)- they don't close early like someNeeds improvement:- portions. Can't stress this enough- small quantity of chicken, I could count like 4 pieces in a whole bowl or quesadila- absolutely not enough cheese for a quesadila, there is so little that the filling falls apart, and you need to eat everything with a fork (c'mon man, we pay $14 for this?)- poverty levels of sauce give even when paying- I shouldn't have to repackage my to go box.Overall the experience is 2/5 but very easily able to bump that up to a 4/5.

This was by far the worst Mexican place I visited in my life. I paid $10.99 for vegetarian bowl and they charged me extra (on top of this price) for guacamole and vegetables and the bowl was 30% empty at the end. The employee seems to be so concerned about quantity, he was almost counting vegetables while putting in the bowl.It seems they were either told by the owner to control the quantity or being too little concerned about customer service.I have been to other places and this place seems to be worse. I will never go there again. Find Mucho burrito outside of Penn center.

They dontet customers know about their promotions. I went to the store twice to buy food when they were having buy one get one offer. They didnt let me know and when later I came to know about the offer and went back, they expected us to know the offer beforehand and let them know whether I want the offer or not. They expect us to tell them whether we want the offer or not. After that I literally saw people buying and meaving the store without being let known there was an offer. The food was good buymt what they are doing is just absolutely ridiculous.

$15 FOR BURRITO bowl not even half full . Well under half way. No onions. Salsa is paste. Husband got two large burritos one streak one shrimp. The shrimp burrito was tiny through he enjoyed, he's streak was not fresh. Liked the peppers but that was it . Thier fire grilled veg means corn is bla k and rock hard. Also asked for utencils for 5 as we ordered lots and had kids eatting, they sent us three spoons that's it. *edited to add the owner response reads to me , we do not care about our customers * Cleary a regular complain about poor quality in food and service."

After waiting in line forever and finally getting my turn when told they do NOT accept a prepaid MasterCard! Funny that as the location on Fourth does as does every other booth in the Food Court. Embarrassed my nephew profusely in front of the other customers. Will NOT be back.
