Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted incredible (porterhouse). The tempura shrimp was crisp and tasty as well as fries and some really good brown gravy. The bruschetta was also very good but the most surprising thing was the skillet of mushrooms! They were slightly charred with delicious flavor. Absolutely incredible meal. Would definitely recommend!

I used to order takeout online but the process is flawed. Now I just go in and order. Much quicker and more efficient.I feel bad for the franchise owners because they're handcuffed to a horrible process that I'm absolutely positive costs them to participate and discourages customers to continue with their order and choose a competitor.Food and service is always great at Highbury. Staff is always welcoming and nice.Fix the app to help these owners and staff provide this same great service to their takeout customers.

The food was fantastic and so was the service, Andre was very attentive. I marked it down due to the temperature. Both of my mother and I found it way too hot in there and was only to happy to get fresh air at the end. Other than this tiny issue our overall experience was amazing and would go again with the hope of better air conditioning.

Wasn't very excited to go here, and was completely disappointed. Went on a Friday night, Jan 13, 2013... Around 920pm.They were sold out of mashed potatoes, Caesar salad, and lobster tails.They were probably sold out of more things but those are what we came across.As for the food:The calamari and shrimp appetizers were horrible. Very bland, and cold.Was hard to enjoy a steak without mashed potatoes. But they were able to give me a medium Chicago style steak.They charge a 3% honest to goodness" fee which they say is to help them keep prices low.3% is nothing

The wait staff was too busy to speak to us. Waitress yelled from across the patio multiple times instead of coming to our table. Our food arrived cold and an hour after we ordered. And then we were informed , with much disdain, that because we did not tip she would would have to pay $4.50 out of her own pocket. The manager would not bring us fresh food. He said he would only reheat and give us a discount. I told him I would pay full price for fresh. He said no. I will not go back there ever again nor to any other Chuck's. So disgusted by the way they treated us.

I rarely leave poor reviews, but sorry, Chucks the only thing good was the lady serving us ( I think he name was Bella she mentioned that she grew up in Brampton). Burger was burnt, and bacon was so hard as well. Girlfriend fish was way over cooked and both of our fries were so under cooked we didn't eat them. Would not recommend this place. If the review was based on my server, it would have gotten a 5 star for sure.

I ordered a medium rare New York steak and it came literally raw inside. When I cut it in haft, and showed the waitresses, they were not happy with me. They took it inside and grilled it again I guess, then they sent out to me a perfectly well-done steak and it tasted like dried bread.My wife got wings and they were fine.Not recommend ordering steak at this location.P/s: Please don’t ask me to provide the receipt for further investigation as I did not want to keep it after all these hassles.

I don't even know where to begin... Food, service and atmosphere were all lousy. I wish I could give less than 1 star. I ordered the quarter chicken white meat and my friend ordered dark meat. After about 20 minutes the server told me all the white meat chicken was frozen. So I opted for dark meat. It was not busy at all yet out dinner took 50 minutes to arrive. The server asked how everything was and I said I wasn't happy with the taste of my meal. The server said I could order another entree at a discounted price. My friend indicated to the server that a discount or comp on the meal I ordered would be more appropriate. He laughed. We definitely won't be back.
