Every time I meet with Dr. Brenda Martin I find real professionalism and a skills base with the most up to date information she shares so well. I have a sense that she cares deeply and well for each and every person that she helps to heal. Always kind and cheerful, she is a wonderful doctor anyone would be lucky to have. I am always grateful for her guidance and knowledge with my health.

Doctor Martin was a good doctor when I first went to her and that was years ago, the last two phone appointments I’ve had with her , I felt like I wasn’t being heard or that she didn’t care. She would cut me off a few times and never let me finish my thought, I understand that everyone in health care is burnt out as I am in health care but I try and make an effort to the people I’m supporting and listen. These last two visits I felt like I wasn’t being heard and I felt worse after my appointments.

I only spoke to her over the phone about my concerns however it left me feeling a bit better about my situation. What I should also mention is that during this pandemic doctors have been doing alot of phone consultations. I mentioned this because I had an appointment with her over the phone but missed it due to private calls being automatically blocked on my phone. Dr.Martin Brenda called a few times and left voice messages. Its been a while since I felt cared for from a doctor . It wasn't much but it matter . Thank you Dr. Martin Brenda
