I am deeply sorry to hear about my negative experience with Angels Heating and Cooling regarding the installation of the Bradford Water Heater. It is disappointing that they recommended replacing my old water heater, which was working fine, without any reported issues.Moreover, the fact that the brand new Bradford water heater started leaking from the safety valve shortly after installation is concerning. It is unacceptable that i had to make numerous phone calls to schedule a checkup, and even when the Angel technicians came, they seemed unaware of the issue.After four months of frustration, they finally responded to my email, only to suggest replacing the safety valve at an additional cost of $500-600. This kind of behavior raises questions about their integrity and the quality of the products they install. It is understandable that i have lost trust in them.Considering the circumstances, it seems reasonable for me to escalate the matter through social media platforms, the parent company, and even consider taking legal action in small claims court. Such poor customer service and attempts to extract more money from customers are completely unacceptable.

Angels Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing responded to my call on 10/19 regarding the failure of my gas furnace by coming in the next evening, which was their earliest available time. Once diagnosed, the technician recommended the best brand/type of gas furnace that suits my house. Installation was started the next evening and completed the following morning. Their professional and efficient services were very much appreciated. I'll certainly use and recommend their services in the future.

I booked a furnace, fireplace and duct cleaning with a pleasant and proffesional customer service rep named Sabrina. Freddie was very gracious and professional when doing the fire place service. David and his crew came as well and this guy was soo proffessional and friendly. Prices are in line with competitors, but the service puts them at the front of the pack. We'll done and thank you Freddie and David!

The two Angels installed a new high efficiency tank-less Navien heating water system.Professional, clean work and friendly workers.Today another Angel Mr. Farid came to oversee the new installation. He patiently answered all my questions and confirmed them with his explanations and practical showing which I appreciated.very much.
