I was really impressed with the Brian’s Appliance repair service. My Bosch dishwasher wasn’t draining, so I had Brian’s out to take a look. The technician diagnosed the issue as a pump that was failing and overheating. The repair wasn’t inexpensive, but I would estimate that it was still half the cost of a cheaper hardware store dishwasher, and a third to a quarter of the cost of a comparable 46 decibel steal tub dishwasher. I highly recommend Brian’s for appliance repairs. Competent, fast and professional with transparent pricing.

I am amazed at their wonderful service. Went in yesterday to buy a fridge freezer. By 9.30am this morning it was delivered to my home. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I could never have afforded a new one. A bonus was they took the old fridge free of charge. What more could you ask for.Thank you to Denis and to your delivery guys who were excellent. I look forward to my dishwasher next week.

I was not totally OK with this. I was disappointed because Bryan's had been great with my previous refrigerator purchase.In about June, I bought a laundry washer. When it was delivered, the nice young man told me my water line valves were seized " and would need to number replaced. They left the new washer but did not remove the old one. I applied a bit of WD 40 a d was able to disconnect the water lines. I called Bryan's and was asked if I could connect my washer. Managed that - a first for me - I am almost 71.I would have appreciated Bryan's appliances having gotten through with the removal of the old appliance since that was part of our original agreement.On the bright side

If you are a landlord, this is the place for excellent service with great prices. They always have great appliances in house of all dimensions. Best of all, price includes delivery and they take away the old stuff. I've been using them for over two decades and couldn't be happier!

Amazing business for second-hand lightly used appliances! I came from outside of Ottawa in hopes of finding a reputable business like this. All appliances available here are in great shape, price varies based on features etc, however prices are very reasonable. The owner and workers have all stated all appliances are inspected and refurbished if required, and they have all knowledge available for any questions or concerns. To my knowledge, all appliances have a parts and labour warranty, and due to a power flicker, I did require warranty assistance, which was very easy and was absolutely zero cost to me. I absolutely recommend Bryan's for any appliance needs, they have multiple options for multiple budgets and do not pressure you to exceed that budget whatsoever. Kudos to these fellas, I hope to buy new in the future, but if I decide to buy used again, they'll be my first stop.

I called Bryan's Appliance after dealing with a tech" from a different company who misdiagnosed the issue with my washing and quoted me a total cost of $592 for the repair with no indication of timeline. Bryan's Appliance technician came the next day

Just had an excellent experience purchasing a washer from Bryan's from from the point of walking into the store right up to the delivery and installation. Dennis was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the best washer for the limited space, and then arranged for delivery, installation and removal of the old washer at very reasonable price. The washer was reconditioned and checked over and came with a warranty for peace of mind. The pickup was scheduled for the following week, and went flawlessly - the two deliverymen were helpful, fast, and provided top notch service by not only delivering and installing the washer down a narrow basement staircase, but also checking that there were no leaks. They efficiently removed the old washer and were very pleasant to deal with in every aspect. Bryan's provides top drawer service, offers excellent prices and their delivery and installation is, in a word, superb! I will definitely be returning for any future appliance needs.

I tried marketplace to save a few bucks on a fridge. Which turned out to be a no show. I was without a fridge.
