While we did not stay overnight, nor are members, we toured the entire building. Wow, the owners did an incredible job appreciating the building’s heritage while Including modern flare and comforts. Not to mention the private spa & grotto. Truly a Detroit gem.

Absolutely amazing rooms, service, food, and everything else. The cocktail pub on-site has amazing drinks. Very good location. It can get a little pricy, but oh well.

Charming boutique hotel but the attention to the rooms is severely lacking. Our safe wouldn't work; our TV wouldn't work; no kleenex; no toiletries; no washcloths; toilet was extremely loose from the wall/floor and the bathroom door squeaked so bad!!! Although these issues were corrected, not one member of management reached out to us!! It is really too bad that we would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone because it could have been a really nice experience. Instead it was one of constantly having issues to have addressed!!

One of Detroit's best kept secrets. Such an elegant vibe, with fun staff. Nigel is the best bartender, along with Megan. Highly recommend!

The spa was everything as well as the spa staff!! The room was amazing!! The hotel staff were the best, well except the night staff guy Richard. Everyone else was amazing and made us feel welcomed. Will visit again.

We visited the Bohemia Detroit restaurant for Easter brunch. My husband and I have visited this establishment several times and always had a beautiful experience.I have some extreme allergies, and they accommodated me. I was very impressed by the communication before the visit, ensuring that the visit would be pleasant and safe. Our waiter, Johnathan, was the absolute best. He listened, took notes, and ensured I was safe. Unfortunately, later in the visit, the hostess provided me with a lemonade that was thought to be fresh squeezed. I immediately felt sick and quickly realized that it was not. She provided me with a drink that contained one of my allergens. We quickly talked to Johnathan, and he addressed the matter by bringing it to the attention of the manager, Jenny. Jonathan was extremely apologetic and let the hostess know the importance of checking in with servers before providing a guest anything. I appreciated Johnathan's urgency to the matter as well as the hostess being genuinely apologetic. The manager, however, was saying she understood but provided more excuses and seemed less genuine. It was more of a combative tone instead of listening and being more concerned with how I was feeling because, at this point, I was truly feeling quite ill. She offered to go to the store, which really felt condescending, and she took my meal off the bill. Nevertheless, the point here is addressing a customer who has experienced the outcome of a serious mistake from one of her team members in a defensive stance instead of one of true sincerity, which is unacceptable. As restaunteuers, my husband and I are very intuned to the importance of genuine and caring customer service. Hopefully, this situation will warrant a learning experience, and this review a managerial training session.

What a great experience from the moment we pulled up. Excellent customer service, the ambience is amazing and the dining is exquisite. You can taste the passion of the chef in every bite.

Such a fun and interesting experience between tasting food, placing tastes and textures, and even the change in dynamic in your conversation. The food was amazing, and there were also beer, wine, or cocktail pairings that you could optionally add to your menu. Definitely recommend.
