Made a phone call for a question that probably only needed 1-2 minutes of their time, put me on hold for longer than 20 mins, pretty sure they forgot about me, called a different GameStop & got my answer within 1 minuteHorrible customer service

Only good thing is they have used games. But lately everytime I go to get anything they never have it.Went for a new game and a old game new or used. Didn't have either.Never have anything good in stock. Didn't have any of the nice versions of the PS5 controller or Xbox controllers. Didn't have PSVR2 either but I got to Best Buy or the Source and they have what I'm looking for including the controllers.
