If you want your order to be correct do not show up to this Tim’s, there are 4 in town and I highly suggest any other one.Longest wait I’ve ever had, we ordered 2 bacon grilled cheese, only had bacon and bread for one. Made one On white bread with the cheese not melted at all. Cheese sandwich at best. Staff is a joke no fast food should take 20 minutes. They don’t care at all and I get that it’s not only their fault but it at least needs new management.

The girls who work here are fantastic. Especially the older lady that seems to always work close with glasses, you’re a saint.However I’m the mornings it always takes me 20 minutes to get a coffee. ☹️

They cant get an order right for the life of them, i got two sausage egg english muffins and i only got egg on them. No cheese just straight egg and they dont even know how to make their drinks..

I really dont like going to this Tims. The staff is always so rude, never greet you or say your welcome. I know its a small thing but like, were all still people. They just dont care about anyone and I SWEAR all they do is hear what they want because I went there every morning for a week and 2 of my 7 orders were correct. Like that's SAD. They are so slow and just very impolite. I would rather drive to Port Hope and go to the one there honestly.

I'm only reviewing this Tim's because if you think the drive through is bad here should see some in Hamilton Ontario Christmas about 7 years ago it was going from main and wellington to king William st you guys think this drive thru is bad even walk in literally it was going to king st e that's bad literally no one knows bad until you have to wait for 45 minutes to an hour to finally get ur coffee and yes it was the only one open that Christmas in Hamilton so literally I had no choice

Discriminate against truck drivers. Close store front with at least 6 people working drive thru and had to argue to get them to serve me only a coffee and no food. Walked up to window as all truckers did at the beginning of covid. Now it's a problem. Won't be back here again. Worst experience at a tim hortons ever

My husband and I were passing through so we decided to stop for a XL Coffee & an XL Steeped Tea we were told they didn't have enough steeped tea to make an XL would we take a medium I was like really no thank you then all of a sudden he comes back on the speaker and says oh yeah we have enough for one. Yeah they had enough all right they added what steeped tea they had made then they added a bunch of hot water to it to make it an XL so sad that people do this stuff just to make money they could have just made a new pot it's not like they were closing it was only 6pm.

Store front is never open ,there so slow this will be last time I'm here 20 min wait for a coffee that's not even rite ,you order a large but they give you a med in a large cup

We bought 2 regular medium size and one ice coffee at 7:05 pm today inside September 24 taking out , never had so bad coffee in my life . No coffee taste at all. A lady served us.
