Renatta, my dental hygienist, is the best! She took charge and organized a plan to get me on track with the help of the doctor who took a very careful exam . I felt truly well taken care of... She also made sure that I knew in advance and got the very best prices, as a senior, for my dental care. Very much appreciated, Renatta!!

The staff are friendly and helpful. They are very considerate and conscious about saving me time and money which means a lot. Their hygienists know how to painlessly clean teeth and that’s always a bonus. I’ve recommended them to a lot of my friends.

Amazing experience. Yesterday was my very first appointment with Renata, Registered Dental Hygienist. She was so thorough with explaining everything. She even explained my xray result which not many clinic do so i didn’t really understand why they have to dig so hard. LoL. But Renata explained all that to me and hence, made me feel safer in her hands. Overall experience is 110/100. I already made my next appointment with them!! I even encouraged my husband to make an appointment as well!!! Thank you

Very kind and friendly. Always upfront with costs and procedures. Very inclusive space , and the entire dental team works hard to ensure you have as enjoyable experience as possible. 10/10 recommend.

I love to see Dr Lowen and the nice women who work there. I love to talk with my old friend Michelle and also Naomi whom I knew from way back at the old site. They are all very pleasant. Work is great on my teeth as well. No problems.

Front staff is amazing I have been going there every 4 months for several years now and they always know who I'am and greet me with kindness.my visit there every time is a Pleasant experience and This is coming from somebody who dislike going to dentists. I find all the staff there really care about there Clients, taking time to have conversation And they remember the conversation next time you come in and always ask how did things work out. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr Loewen and the staff at Valley Family Dentistry are just wonderful. Incredibly gentle, kind and helpful. My kids (and I) are all happy to visit the dentist and come out telling me how kind everyone was.

Very happy with Valley Family Dentistry. I had root canal, tooth extraction done by Doctor Chad Loewen, and my teeth cleaned and polished by Renata. More work to be done as I put off going to the dentist far to long. It makes a big difference when you find a good Dentist and Dental Hygienist. Michelle at the front desk is wonderful too and answered all my questions and arranges appointments and goes over where I am on my dental plan for future work that needs to be done. Very comfortable from the moment you walk in!
