This provider has been nothing but trouble since I subscribed trying to save money - including 3 months without service due to a problem with their lines that I was not refunded for, and service in this case was not restored until my prepayment ran out and they wanted more money. Continually told me that everything was fine on their end" and had me buy unnecessary new equipment for my home.Daily service is often slow during the evening

Been with them for 4 years. Never had a problem. Always paid them yearly to save a couple bucks and internet came out to $40/month. Couldn't find a better deal than that.

I don't know why this company has bad reviews. After my divorce and bankruptcy, they were the only company that provided me with internet service without a credit card or credit check. They always were very helpful and fixed any problems I was having quickly.

So lately the service has been failing on a regular basis. When you call you get their voicemail and it's usually full. I've told them again and again to update the website when a problem occurs in order to avoid keeping their clients in the dark but they don't care. If the outage occurs during off hours nobody is there to work on the problem, they only fix it the next business day so cross your fingers and hope the outage doesn't occur Friday at 21h01 because their tech is already gone for the weekend.***UPDATE*** Given them an extra star only because they've finally decided to take my suggestion and add a recorded message when an outtage occurs. Outtages still occur too often for my liking but at least I don't need to waste 45 minutes on hold now.***UPDATE*** Given an extra star because they've come up with good competitive plans.

I do find that Colbanet's customer service has got better over the years and I appreciate what they've done for me. The service is reliable most of the time and supports several devices being used at the same time.

Descent service. Reasonably priced.Well, duh, you can have an interruption once in a while, but it won't last long and its once or twice in a year. Definitely something you can live with. Been better lately though.Other than that it's just fine.

-Customer service is bad, hung up after 15 minutes of waiting. they didnt want to answer because i told them the speed changed. which they did.- the internet is bad dont believe their upload download speeds. It's at least 10mps lower than projected.- they will change their plans according to how much money they can get. they increased the prices of all plans and adjusted this to existing members. no respect to customers and their money.

We've used them at our store for the last couple of years and have been very satisfied. Their cable service has been more reliable then the DSL (Bell) service we used previously. Just switched over to Colbanet for my home too and their sales and service people have been very efficient, they had me up and running just a few hours after my previous provider shut down the line. Good price especially when you take advantage of the annual payment option.

Been with Colbanet for over 7 years. Never waited on the line when I call. Never had long interruption except a couple hours at night, when they upgraded the service. The price is worth the offering. Excellent choice if you do not want to give your money to the big companies and want to fight the monopoly, of multinationals in internet providers.
