Very quick service. I was a bit surprised that the price had gone up so much, but I guess that's just the way of the world these days. Otherwise very happy with the service and the service technician was pleasant and very easy to do business with. thank you!

Very knowledgeable technician and polite. Did a great job and answered all my questions regarding the issue cause. The only reason I cannot give full 5 stars is due to the very high cost (if I average it to $$/hour) - it was way way more than I anticipated even factoring in premium services.

Beware - when calling ask for prices upfront, their costs were extremely high. We had a clog in our drains and the basement sink was backing up. Was told the fee to get started was around $600. After about an hour of trying they delcared that, due to my 'house's plumbing deficiencies', they would have to switch to an upstairs sink, and we're moving into the second hour, so that would be an additional $350. Hourly rate ended up being $475/hr. Plumbers were clearly prepared to counter our complaints about costs relative to other local plumbing companies. Would not use them again.

This is the second time in 3 years we've used Mr. Rooter to clean our outdoor drainage system. The first time the drains had not been done in probably two decades ( don't think the previous owners had ever done any maintenance on them), and they faced quite a challenge - nothing was draining and water would from a small pond in the driveway and run into the garage. When they finished all was in top notch shape. The second time was just recently, just to keep on top of things. Both times they were quick, efficient, and very courteous. I'll stick with them.

The work done by the plumber was very professional and he was very friendly.However, the prices of the services offered by Mr. Rooters are outrageous.It is taking advantage of people in needs of some plumbing repairs.Even if I am desperate next time, i wont be calling this company nor will I recommend it to anyone

Not the cheapest in town but you pay to get the job done right the first time. They are fast and efficient, 2 guys showed up and cleared up my clogged kitchen sinks in about an hour. I had another plumbing company in for about 4 hours but they couldn't get the job done and asked me to open up my ceiling drywall, which I did but the problem wasn't there. Now, I have have to fix up my ceiling for nothing. Highly recommend these guys if you have draining problems.

Dan and his team from Mr. Rooter Plumbing did a sewer line replacement for me. An emergency plumber I had called had given me the bad news that my very old clay pipes were collapsing, and that pieces of pipe were the thing that were causing the block. The emergency plumber cleared the line, but told me that it would likely soon collapse completely. After calling a couple places, Mr. Rooter got back to me the fastest. They had someone out to do a quote within a few days, and we had the team out here a few weeks later. It was a complex job, involving a multiple hydrovac trucks, lots of manual digging, a doing a pipe burst and pull with a very long new line. The team was very respectful the entire time, and did their best to avoid damages to our garden where part of the dig happened. They cleaned up the dig area and all their equipment and the old damage pieces promptly when the work was done. Overall a very good experience, I'd recommend them to anyone.

Mr Rooter charged us $850 (at least twice what we should have paid for a two hour job to unblock our sewer line based on asking 3 other plumbers), but didn’t get the job done because their 80-100 foot auger wasn’t long enough (but they still charged us). They then proposed an alternate piece of work to try and fix the first issue that was outrageously priced ($6000+) and very disruptive to our yard, suggesting to dig a 6 foot long x 6 foot deep trench to access the pipe from the outside. Fortunately, after calling around for additional advice from other plumbing technicians, we didn't proceed with the work and had the entire issue resolved by another plumber with a slightly longer auger for 1/10 the price and no major digging required. It was a high pressure sell tactic with unreasonable pricing. Be very careful if you use Mr Rooter and be sure to get their pricing up front!

Our drains were slow and occasionally backing up into the farthest away sink and shower. Mr. Rooter cleaned everything out and found the clog. We have had the same technician several times and he is now familiar with the plumbing in this rambling house. Everything went well and we will call them again.
