One of the top ten swimming beaches on Galiano. Great in the morning for families with little ones. Access is a short easy trail through beautiful trees. Being on the east side it enjoys warmer water from Fraser River freshet. Adults can head down late afternoon for quieter serious swim.

This is great quiet beach! Follow the Google Map directions and there’s a small area for parking when you reach the end, with signs. The rocks and driftwood are great where!

The entire sea to sky horizon is bordered with snow capped Rocky Mountains the photos don’t do it justice. A must see on a visit to Galiano. Would be a nice picnic spot in the summer during low tide

Great for tanning, swimming - if you can endure cold water, paddleboarding, etc. Great beach!

Morning Beach
Beautiful but small white sand beach. Great to explore at low tide, but not much dry sand at high tide. Rocky with lots of large driftwood on shore.
