Just Nails

Tina, Sophie, Daniel are so professional, pleasant and accommodating. The attention to detail on nails, pedicures and esthetics is the best that I have experienced. Tina and Sophie have loyal customers because of the excellent service and friendly atmosphere.

I've been attending Just Nails for 4 years and to be honest only had one other issue besides this which was handled diligently and appropriately as any company with great customer service should. On my last visit I had a fill done for my birthday. As such I took advantage of my 20% birthday discount (received via email every year). A biogel fill is $40. Upon payment at the cash I informed Daniel that I would be using my birthday discount and showed him the email then went to the bank machine. When I returned I was told the price increased and is now $50 therefore conveniently my price was still going to be $40 with my discount instead of $32. When asked why I was just being made aware of this, he said he forgot, when asked where is the notification of this in the store he said there is none up yet, and has been telling everyone on the phone. I informed him I was not made aware upon booking which he of course new, why he was informing me at that moment. Daniel proceeded to attempt to tell me the price went up in December keep in mind I would've known if this was the case as I attend at least once per month. To be clear my issue is not the price increase, prices have gone up everywhere and I'm more than happy to support. My issue was that as an establishment when you make an error it's not the responsibility of your customer to have to pay for your mistake it's yours. There was no accountability and I was still expected to pay the increased price that I was informed of at that moment as a repeat customer for the last 4yrs, instead of being told my increase would be on my next visit since I wasn't made aware when I booked my appointment, and there's nothing posted to notify customers. This is very unfortunate as I've thoroughly enjoyed Sophi's service and consistency, but customer service goes a long way.

Very disappointed. Don't bother calling ahead to make an appointment, they don't keep them. I purposely called well ahead to book and appointment for 2 to have pedicures done at the same time as we had time constraints. They assured me that was possible. I just left after my partner got his feet done while I waited 45 mins with my feet submerged and turned to prunes. I did not get my feet done after waiting almost an hour. Very unprofessional and bad business practices. Will not be returning.

The overall outcome of my nails was nice but that electric filer was the womans best friend. She nicked me so many times and filed my actual nails down to next to nothing. It was a painful experience but the outcome of my nails was good. Note***my nails have grown out in the picture

I'm new to pedicures, but I started coming here a couple of months ago and I already love it. Really friendly staff, good prices and they always leave my feet cute and soft.

All of the ladies are absolutely fantastic and so sweet. Tina always does a wonderful job, incredible salon with incredible people!

I have been going to Just Nails for over 20 years. I will not go anywhere else. Tina and her team are the best. One of the things that I love about this team of professionals is that they offer their loyal customers out of the goodness of their heart, a birthday present once a year. A discount. For all of us that know this team that's very kind of them to do that. Discount is used once a year, not several times throughout the year. Tina and her team have not raised prices even through the tough times and have recently put into place a very small increase for their exquisite services. excellent prices. Thank you Tina and team for always taking good care of me and everyone that knows you and loves you .

I have been doing my nails here since I bought in Alliston 2yrs ago. All 3 ladies are a pleasure but Sophi is the one who does my nails and feet and nails it everytime. She is professional, knows what she's doing, always does a fantastic job and I'm in the chair at the time of my appointment which I appreciate.I've only had one situation which happened recently oy was a miscommunication with Tina and I and she handled it with grace, amazing customer service and genuinely wanted to ensure I was satisfied and offered me a pedicure on the house as a good gesture. Accountability with great customer service always wins! Thanks Sophi for always taking care of me and Tina for be so amazing with a previous situation.

What can I say about just Nails, amazing team , amazing customer service, they love what they do, Tina and her team are so wonderful they do everything they can to make the customer happy , I highly recommend them
