Ali, Chad, and the Van Island Pups team have been incredible. From prompt, thoughtful and professional communication to the patience with our 1.5 yr collie x, Avalanche, I couldn't recommend them more!Ava isn't the most comfortable with new people, and VIP pack leaders have given her the space to grow her confidence within a couple short months. We're so grateful and Ava can't wait for her next adventure hike!

From my first inquiry about availability for my pup to join the pack, Van Isle Pups have been friendly and responsive. We had an interview right away and it’s very obvious that they *know* dogs and genuinely love spending time with them. My pup is nervous with new people and they’ve taken the time to build trust with him (treats help!!) so he can build his confidence. This was very important to me as not every dog walking /pack walking service is willing to put in that effort.Our pup has a regularly scheduled pack walk but when schedules change, Ali has been prompt in her communication, and they have been able to accommodate us.Finally, the Instagram photos are amazing!My partner and I trust Van Isle Pups with our boy, I would recommend this service to anyone

My puppy Goose has been going hiking with the awesome dog pack with Van Island Pups since January 2021 and he absolutely loves it. When I first dropped him to Chad and Allison, he was only a small puppy and I was so worried to be away from him. But Allison sent me updates through the day and put my mind at ease for which I am so grateful. He comes back exhausted and happy and I know they take good care of him every time he hikes with them. They are professional, reliable, trustworthy, and overall just great people and I absolutely recommend them!

I am so grateful for Van Island Pups! I have a large 2 year old German shepherd who requires so much exercise and stimulation every day. Van Island Pups welcomed him into their pack like he’s one of their own! He gets the perfect balance of play and structure on his hike, while also getting to practice healthy socialization with other dogs! He is absolutely pooped when he gets home.I cannot recommend Ali & Chad enough! Thank you for taking such good care of my handful of a dog :)

I couldn't say enough good things about Ali and Chad. I was referred to them by my pup's previous dog walker, and I'm so grateful to have their services. I have trialed a lot of different options from doggy daycare to individual dog walkers, and Van Island Pups has been the safest and most reliable option.I was a bit worried because my rescue pup is very timid/shy, but Ali and Chad were so patient and kind with him. They take him to a safe location for a good hike on days that I'm working, and he's relaxed when I get home. It's so nice to not have to worry about a single thing.

Thank you Chad and Ali for all that you do! My puppy Pepper started with the pack walks when she was about 5 months old. Her confidence has grown immensely and she always looks forward to her walks. Now she is 9 months old and loves playing with all sorts of dogs. I feel comfortable knowing they are on their own private property and only with the group of dogs enrolled with Van Isle Pups and ultimately safe.

My dog Rufus started regular walks with Van Isle Pups earlier this year, and it’s been fantastic! I've really appreciated their reliability and professionalism. My pup spends his mornings at the window, tail wagging madly, waiting for his new best friends to arrive to whisk him away on the day’s adventure. He obviously has a great time with Ali, Chad, and the rest of the pack, because he always arrives home happy and exhausted.

my dog has been going with van Island for awhile now and I cannot say enough good things ! Ali and Chad have been so accommodating and flexible. They are super easy to get in touch with and are extremely reliable. I never worry about Ever and he is SO excited to go with them and comes back tired and mentally fulfilled. He is an extremely high energy dog, so knowing he will go out with them and be able to get rid of all that extra energy in a safe environment is such a relief for me. They do a great job catering to every dogs different needs. I cannot say enough good things about them and would recommend them to anyone who needs an extra hand getting their dogs out!

Van Island Pups is amazing! Ali and her team are so professional, great at what they do, and love our dog as if she were their own- our pup is so excited to see the team and the pack that she literally jumps into the van before we’ve got her leash off. Our pup comes home super tired after her day at Van Island Pups and with more skills! We’ve had many dog sitters and walkers and honestly Van Island Pups is the best we’ve ever had. The communication is excellent and they are so accommodating. If you want a dog walker team that’s patient, skilled at training dogs, takes their pack on exciting and stimulating hikes, and has safety as their number one priority then check them out- I highly recommend them.
