This is one of my first reviews. I would like to acknowledge Gilbert Chao for his expertise & professionalism. I'm rating his services as 5 stars because of how prompt his communication and work was. When I had a question about my taxes, he contacted me the first moment the office opened without delay. Secondly, my taxes were filed in a timely manner. These 2 factors and how friendly he was definitely left an impression on me. He's certainly someone I would be pleased to refer when it comes to taxes. Thank you once again for your help Gilbert!

If you’re looking for someone to fix a CRA tax issue, go see Gilbert. He knows taxes inside and out.I first came to Gilbert to fix a CRA tax issue. He is professional, friendly, and non-intimidating.Since then, I have been going to Gilbert every year for my taxes. I recommend him to everyone now.

I highly reccomend Gilbert! He has done my taxes for the past 2 years and has given me lots of helpful advise. He's quick and very knowledgeable. He responds to my emails immediately and is easy to reach by phone too. He has even provided me with additional information to help me on things I didn't even think about. I always have a million questions and he's been happy to help.

Very unprofessional younger team at liberty tax burnaby office(Its racial selection profiling here)If you look on Google for same day refund services it'll have liberty tax on the list(sorry to say you will not get it)even though it's on Google saying that it's a place to get the same day refund services( fales advertising )Very unprofessional management

If your in a place and it takes a half hour to do 2 years taxes and they charge you $420 an hour. You think that the simple jobs would pay less. Just me.
