Everyone was very nice and super sweet. Took care of me. Giving 4 because I wasn't able to get a simple flame design on one nail..but they turned out cute!

Not a great experience for my first time getting my nails done. They were very rough on the hands, and didn’t really seem to care about evenness. Completely botched the nail of my middle finger on my left hand and almost all of the nails are uneven. They even tried to coerce me into getting my eyebrows done after I said no. They were fairly polite but I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

I’ve been there a few times now. Tina had done my nails a few times and I was happy. The last couple times I had a young guy do them. The first time he did good I was happy with the shape but he burned me a few times with the nail drill/file and didn’t put the polish down far enough on the nail. The last time he was no good at all. He did not give me the shape I asked for, the polish looked terrible and he trimmed my cuticles and left them looking horrible. They looked better when I went in. I ended up just reshaping them myself. And to top it all off I noticed after I left that he charged me for a service I didn’t even get. I was in a rush to leave and didn’t notice until later. I don’t think I’ll go back. Time to find a new salon.

This is my go to salon for my French tip manicure. The manager Vicky is so kind and helpful always tries to make sure there is a spot for you. It is extremely convenient to go grocery shopping and get nails done in one trip.

Took my daughter for her first mani/pedi. She loved it! Stupid me started cleaning my oven 2 days after getting my nails done, and they held up just fine. No chips!

I have come here twice the first time was wonderful ! Amazing staff and I will always stand by that! My nails we're done with shellac and they lasted 3 weeks! Perfect! Came the next time and got shellac and they lasted 4 days. Very disappointed. Does anyone know the name of the guy that works here? He is amazing and I would love to revisit him!

My wife went here a few times and got her nails done, the first time the ladies were alright but they didn't do an even job and didn't paint to the edges of the nails. The second time the lady sanded threw my wife's nail. Wouldn't recommend and she isn't going back.

I used to come here years ago and loved it, then stopped due to things I did not like or agreed with.. 2-1/2 years later with new people I thought I would try them again (I have not gotten nails done in about 1-1/2 years).. Well foolish me I should have stuck to my guts and went to my go-to by Freisen Brother’s. I showed a picture of what I wanted, but what I got wasn’t even close to it. I gave up when asked a few + times “how is that”, I finally said just throw a bow on it- which for the first time she did as asked and put a bow on them (don’t get me wrong she did a great job and any 6 year old would have loved them, just not me)… Sadly she didn’t take into account what I asked for and wanted. Next again my own fault, I let her do my eyebrows. I showed her in the mirror exactly what I wanted & what I did NOT want. Instead, she did what she wanted and now I am missing a chunk in my eyebrow and they are very thin, again. (I had explained how I have been growing them out for a few years trying to get them thicker/wider) I paid, gave a tip and left gutted. A couple hours go by and I can’t take it, and go back to have the colour removed and just do a clear coat. I saw the owner (who is always warm and accommodating) and let her know my wish to have the colour removed (I wanted a pink & black flower pattern and I got pink tips with a thin black edge). She was not happy and was telling me “why they are beautiful and summery”. I said I just wanted clear she said no- there is nothing wrong with them. I stated “fine”, she replied “good”. I held my breath and walked out, being on the verge of saying something I couldn’t take back.I then went to my go-to location at ‘Adore Nails & Spa’, and Amy fixed me up with a beautiful flower pattern I “Adore”!
