Rarely have any of the items on special. Hard to maneuver through the isles due to unattended pallets and crates. Excellent front staff though!

Quality is often not there. I bought mini cucumbers that looked fine in store but when I opened the package, were all slimy. I saw many packages of bagels on display that were expired. Some of them with also mold showing. Many times, they are short of basic stuff like bananas and red onions. I then have to go another supermarket that of course don't have the same problem. It's a waste of my time. I still go for now because it's the closest but thinking to change. I definitely don't recommend it.

Super C has a great leadership team in charge. I had an issue with one of their self check-out machines in the Boisbriand Super C and they were quick to resolve it. Members of the executive team made sure to follow up and confirm that I was satisfied with their service. The quick action from the executive team shows the value they see in each customer and that they truly have their customer's best interest at heart.

The store had fresh items they always had a worker nearby and they weren't acting like sassy teenagers they were actually nice and polite. The parking is good and inside and outside has carts. They have this roof that goes further then the building which I like. They also have a self check out which didn't work very well but the staff were always there when it would ask for a worker and they never complained even if I probably did it for about 20 times. They also have can recyclers. And of you don't want to cook they have these chicken already prepared and heating up, they usually cost about 9 to 12 bucks.

Very clean well organized store, the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the had coca-cola cans on special.. and ad many places do.. they say they have none and leave the spot empty... I don't appreciate that type of behavior. They know as well as everyone else if they are on special they win go like hot cakes so better order enough... but they don't do that, and they probably prefer to buy at a special price only have a few so once the special is over they can restock and sell at reg. Price. It increases their profit. Hence either way that is bad business..

It's a very nice and cool supermarket, it's very big and has a lot of product, the workers here are very very friendly and nice, thay have fast service and fast check out, it's located at a very good location, has a big porking, it's clean and smells good and fresh, I like to shop here, thank you very much.

The store is clean and well organized. Always easy to find what I'm looking for and the products that are on sale are always in the front or placed strategically so we can see them. Most cashiers welcome us with a smile which is nice! And there's always someone at the entrance that greets us as well. I recommend this place.

Getting a lot better than 2 years ago. Either they got new management or new employees but before covid the place was terrible and the customer service was awful......but now I have noticed a big change in attitude with the employees and customer service is great now. Must say I shall be coming back more often since they have changed.
