I saw Jay regularly for 5 months for my hand(due to injury from workplace). Jay is so knowledgeable, good experience in his field. He not only treat your injury he also support you mentally. Thanks Jay and Jot for always helping me with my treatment and supporting me on each step. My first day of visit I felt very low due to my condition on right hand as i’m right handed person but you guys boost my mind and help me to come over the situation. day by day I personally have seen tremendous progress in my treatment!Would recommend this place to everyone!

My experience with Regain Health staff and the physiotherapist Jay was wonderful. I fell from a chair and hurt my fingers really bad. A doctor who examined my hand said there were no broken bones, so I only needed to apply cold ice packs and monitor my condition. This didn't turn out well at all. By the time I visited Regain Health, I couldn't make a fist fully since my two fingers couldn't bend all the way down. Thanks to Jay's treatments and exercises, I am now able to fold my fingers and make a fist! Thank you Jay! :)

Best Physio clinic in the town. Went to many Physio for my shoulder injury but no luck . Someone just recommended me about Mr. Jay, he is an amazing physiotherapist. Highly recommended just try for 1 session you definitely can’t stop yourself to refer Jay to your love ones who are in need. 5 star for such a competent physiotherapist

Absolutely the best physiotherapy! I would highly recommend that you don't slice your tendons, but if you do, like I did, you will need surgery to repair the tendon, and you should get to Regain Health preferably the day after your surgery for best results. Eight weeks after cutting two tendons, I have nearly complete range of motion, and I have Regain Health, and the doctors at Langley Hospital to thank for that.

I had a great experience at Regain. I got into a car accident in January and Jay helped me with the speedy recovery of my fractured thumb. Very professional, lent out his own equipment to exercise at home, made me many splints, and his clinic had lots of unique tools. Jay was very caring, even offering juice & snacks when I told him I had felt dizzy at a blood test prior to coming. Would highly recommend!

I was overwhelmed with how amazing these people are they truly are miracle workers. It was my first time having acupuncture done to my back. I was barely able to walk with the extreme pain i had, after he was done I felt instant relief and was able to walk without the agonizing pain. Highly recommending this office to everyone who will listen. Staff is A++

I started coming to Regain Physiotherapy in July of 2022 after a car accident that left me with a lot of pain and restrictions with my mobility. I’m happy to report that I am now living pain free and have gained back almost 100% mobility in my wrist! Jay has always been very professional and personable, I can’t recommend Regain Physio enough!

Jay and the team fixed me up. I saw Jay 2 different times, the first for an improperly healed (previously broken) right wrist, which he treated throughout 6 months, after a year of pain. I saw him again for another work injury, a damaged tendon on my opposite hand that had been hurting for nearly a year as well. They were always able to work around my hectic work schedule and put in the extra effort to make sure I was receiving the best care. Always professional and considerate and truly cares for their patients. I would recommend to anyone recovering from a hand injury or general injury of any kind.

Excellent experience! Staff is friendly, personable and attentive, keeping a very bright and clean location! Jay is an excellent physiotherapist, he makes sure his patients are comfortable and progressing steadily between sessions. If you’re looking for a hand specialist I would highly recommend, and will be returning for my other physio needs! Jen is also a great communicative resource for returning to work! 10/10 for Regain Health!
