The service here can be Very Slow. But oddly my food always comes out hot. it is combined with a Long John Silvers so I dont know if that effects the speed of the service. The food is also put together well and almost looks like the photo on the menu.Update - 2-26. Had lunch here. Wait wasn't to long. Got the naked chicken chalupa box. Even though they were out of boxes it was great. Much better than I expected. The chicken was fried nicely with a nice pepper bite. They seemed to be out of a lot of things while I was there. No baja blast. No medium sauce. And no boxes for the box meals.

Terrible. My tacos were cold and my soda was off. I think the machine ran out of syrup because it didn't taste like a mtn dew. Just awful my tacos weren't warm at all must of been sitting there an hr

Went in to get some food, service wasn’t horrible other than the fact I got a bug in my beef taco, she asked if I wanted to upgrade it to a supreme didn’t know that mean it came with a bug. they were pretty understanding about the situation so it must happen a lot. Sorry but never again will I eat Taco Bell especially from Oneida!! This is disgusting and very disturbing.

Perhaps I'm used to awful Boston-area drive-through service, but this Taco Bell was fast, everyone was friendly, the woman with the pink hair was VERY pleasant, and my order was both correct and fresh. Despite the miserable freezing rain, I left very happy. I'd go more than twice a year if this location were near my home!

Visited this Taco Bell" location hoping the Long John Silver's was still open. Found that they were. Very much enjoyed my LJS 3 piece fish combo with fries
