Don't expect any help. Went in due to issues with my heart, felt like an elephant was sitting on me. Waiting room wasn't overly busy. Three hours later no one had seen me, I left (still feels like an elephant is sitting on me) and they were all too eager to let me leave. I tend to avoid hospitals so if I go to one you can bet that there's a good reason for it. So now I'm back home, wasted three hours, saw noone to help me, and still feel massive weight on my chest. Thanks for nothing.

I came in with a abcess on my but hole and I told them I couldn’t sit because the pain was super intense I had to leave because I was crying in pain . I told them it’s worst then It was and they simply said I’ll get u soon . I had to leave because I couldn’t sit down anymore . Maybe help the patients that are suffering first then make them wait 10+ hours unreal I would never recommend this hospital to any one

The hospital treated me like a person not something to throw away. alot of respect from them and alot of respect for them the wait wasnt even long was 1 problem when waiting on a prescription u shouldn't have to wait longer then u did to do a scan and see the doctor in the first place when told in and out over the phone it actually should be because we have to get back to work we didnt schedule that time off we just tell or boss we will be late .cant afford to miss work now adays

I had the best experience at a hospital that I never thought I would have. The staff was really nice especially the doctor that saw me whose name is Mylene St Louis. She was very compassionate and caring. I'm not used to getting this kind of service at a government hospital so I'm extremely grateful for this experience. I will definitely come back if I need medical attention.

Very poor experience at this hospital.Short staff and no patients extremely slow. I know most emerges are slow but 9 and a half hours in the waiting room for someone in severe pain is just plain not right. Staff needs to be reevaluated drastically.

Great staff and service. All berry friendly and considerate. I came into the ER for head trauma and I was in and out in under 2.5 hours, where I had waited at another hospital 7+ hours the day before. The service here is great. 10/10 thanks all the team working hard to make sure their people are healthy and happy :)

Never again. 10 hours Just to give up and go home without seeing a doctor. Wish I knew the same people that some of the local residents did. They came in and left in under an hour. Please bring in a 2 tier system. The one we have now is obviously broken. I am actually afraid to get sick in Ontario.

Doctor’s refused to give medical support for a broken bones. Made a cast, asked us to wait a week, the week later at the appointment they tell js to go in a different hospital that they couldn’t help us. Once at the CHUM hospital after having been sent to the wrong hospital by the Hawkesbury hospital, we got told that it was to late to do anything. Results: have to live with broken bones.In a public medical system it is absolutely unacceptable. Worst service and hospital i’ve seen!

Horrible service, 8 hour plus waiting time for emergency patients. I was in a car accident and was send here. Horrible service the employees are lost and I had to come back for another 8 hours because they forgot to put me threw MRE! Don’t go here you’ll regret it.
