Great ride to Banff from Calgary with RTB TOURS AND SHUTTLES. Picked us up at our hotel. When the bus was unable to park directly in front, the driver walked across the street and got us. Comfortable and scenic ride. To top it all off, when we forgot a cell phone on board, Annette helped us and Tony the owner delivered it to our hotel. Outstanding service! Pickup was on time too. More than satisfied.

We left Holbox Island during a thunderstorm and took a bus from Chiquila to Valladolid.Bus was comfy and a smooth trip and we have taken ADO all over Mexico and it’s so good however!! In Chiquila, there was a thunderstorm shower and we arrived just on time, the bus driver let us on but two other travellers arrived at about 17:10 when the bus was just about to leave and they were told no. We know the rule of ten mins before departure but the bus was practically empty with just 5 people including us two! There were no other buses from Chiquila that night, every traveller was soaked to the skin, it was really disappointing and upsetting to see the way the bus drivers treated them two travellers. A little bit of sympathy for the travellers and wait for 1 minute to allow them to get on the bus, they told the bus driver they had already paid for tickets but the bus driver didn’t care which was disgusting to think they would leave two travellers stuck in Chiquila at that time during a thunderstorm!!

This is the best of the best ride experience that I ever had. They really set a great a standard . I felt like am in a first class flight . I have use Cold shot and Red Arrow Ebus n4 but Rider Express is the best

We had a wonderful trip from Calgary to Vancouver. Our driver, Ken, was great, stopping regularly for snacks and stretches. The mountains were as beautiful as we imagined. A tour bus would have stretched our travel budget, but with the big windows on the Rider Express bus, and Len's comments, it turned out to be the best tour ever!

It was easy and convenient to book the ticket online with busbud. The driver was very polite and helpful. My journey from Calgary to Surrey was full of scenic views. I would prefer bus over flight for future travel plans as well.

What an amazing experience the bus driver Dave was indeed the best I was scared at first but man before I got on the bus he made it so pleasing. Spacey clean great rate! Safe and quick journey I was concerned over the now bathroom issue but he made a stop at Tim’s for us in Edson! I was so happy he even stated if one needed to go please don’t pee the bus haha but was willing to accommodate. No wifi but who cares your got the scenery all over amazing trip thanks again

I needed to travel with my dog. I had to show her registration paperwork once .and they were beyond amazing after that.The driver was clear about all stops ,times, and about new passengers coming on the bus.I really like this company.

Mostly friendly passengers, great drivers. They were very helpful and patient in answering the many where and when questions. Most drives are quiet and peaceful, not much noise from fellow passengers. Leg space is good, if you are an average sized human. Cleanliness was lacking a bit, but I guess they are doing their best.Overall a good trip, would definitely recommend for travelling.
