My only pet peeve is not all Petro-Canada stations pump 94 Octane those that do should advertise with larger signage - it very frustrating to pull in and there is no pumps. Both my vehicles require high octane pls provide it at all stations.

Normally I used to get my car wash from Eagelson Petro which is Kanata South.But yesterday I got my car washed from this location.Really liked it, especially the extra features like Clear coat protectant and Brilliant gloss wax.Will now prefer this location only for my car wash.

The lights inside the car wash are HORRIBLE. Why on earth would someone want flashing strobes during the wash? I felt sick to my stomach.

Stopped in to grab myself a pack (singular)of cigarettes, as I ASKED if they carried my brand,the gentleman pulled out two and I looked at him as I asked if he carried my brand I did not ask for two packs, the lady that he was working with gave me a look and looked away I scanned my debit card to pay, he told me have a nice day I asked well did it aprove? the lady decided to turn around raise her voice at me and say quotes you don't need to be rude you can go somewhere else!". I was not being rude as I was correcting that I did not ask for two packs I asked if they carried my brand do not say have a nice day when I don't see that my card yet approved

Today car wash not working properly.Cashier gave me 3 re-wash back to back but car did not gets clean. So they closed today car wash and says they will call the person to check.

Their car wash feature scanner for the season pass is faulty and can cause long line ups. The customer service was helpful though!
