JB Marquee Letters Decor

I contacted JB Marquee to do an arrangement for my daughters first birthday. Right away they were a dream to work with. Communication was ongoing and they really listened and addressed all of my questions and were attentive to my requests. They also allowed me to share my ideas and gave me the best opinion on what would look amazing. The day of the party, they were very punctual, arrived at the time they said they would. The team was amazing and you can tell they love the craft that they do. Once the arrangement was finished, they made sure it looked amazing and let me tell you it did! It went beyond my expectations, we were very pleased with the finished product. (Might I also add that the balloon arrangement and the lights lasted the whole 12 hours of the party ! )For a small business, in high demand, they are doing a great job’ Over all I highly recommend them if you are looking for decor / rentals. The team was very professional, great at communicating with you, punctual, and overall I received great customer service. Above all the service and the arrangements were amazing! I look forward to working again with this amazing team in the future !!

This company is amazing! Drop off/pick up was punctual and seamless, as well as communication. Went over and beyond with the amount of balloons, and it just looked absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend for any event!! 10/10.

I booked JB Marquee Letters for decor for my daughter’s 1st birthday. I rented 4’ marquee letters and ordered a balloon arch. Their communication was great - they were extremely timely in their replies. The pricing was also very reasonable for their services. On the day of the party they arrived early - even earlier than me! They were prompt with their set up and were extremely friendly! The letters and balloon arch were absolutely beautiful. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about JB Marquee Letters. It was absolutely fantastic working with them and I look forward to booking them for all my future parties!

Had a great experience working with JB Marquee. They were very prompt at replying to messages and were very timely in their delivery of the letters for my event. They were very pleasant to work with.

I am a little disappointed because reading the reviews JB Marquee Letters seems to be great at delivering their service. However I will not be able to experience their service as the owner has been very poor at communication and has stopped responding to my emails. I was recommended to contact JB when I was seeking marquee letters from another company, I was asked to contact them via Instagram direct messages. At first, communication was okay, I would receive responses within 24 business hours which was fantastic and the individual answered all of my questions in the moment. I provided the individual with my details and asked for them to provide me with an email so I can send my information directly to them via email and in return receive a written contract to sign. I told this individual that I would prefer to read and sign the contract prior to sending a deposit and would like an email with all of the information listed to have some sort of paper-trail beyond Instagram. I sent them my details via email and did not hear from them for a few days so I followed up via email and on Instagram. I received a response via Instagram where I again had to ask for a policy/contract be sent to me to read before sending them a deposit as I wanted to know the terms I would be agreeing to incase of damage, cancellation, ect. I was sent a blank policy with none of my details filled out (which is strange considering most companies pre-fill contracts prior to sending them to you), and there was no space for me to sign the contract. I was told that I was responsible for filling out the contract myself. The next day I received an email from JB saying that they had not received a deposit from me. I responded back that I have not completed the contract yet and I had some questions as I noticed there are no terms about a cancellation policy, liability, date changes, or breaches of contract by either party. I asked the company what would happen if I pay a deposit but the company could no longer provide me with the services for that date, what the terms would be for my deposit (would I get it back, does it get moved forward as a credit). Additionally the policy does not include a space for time of drop off/pickup or location of the event for delivery. I kindly asked the company for more details about these areas (especially coming out of a pandemic where cancellations and date changes are valid concerns), and I asked if they could provide me with their name as to this point I have no idea whom I have been emailing/DMing with on Instagram and I would like to know the representative of the company for my records. It has been over 10 days and they have not responded. I have even sent a follow up email which has received no response. I will not be moving forward with renting from JB Marquee Letters Decor due to the poor customer service which I have received. It is very unfortunate but I have received rental contracts from individuals who do not own a company which have been more detailed and organized than JB has which is concerning since JB is supposedly a company" which means it is established in dealing with customers and contracts. It concerns me that rather than clarifying my questions about a contract agreement they were constantly stressing sending a deposit even before sending me a policy. I know that wedding season is approaching and can appreciate that perhaps they are busy however as a potential customer I am disappointed in the customer service which I received and would not feel comfortable moving forward to depending on them to provide a service for my wedding day. I truly wish them the best and hope that they read this review and acknowledge that they could improve in their customer service moving forward."

If I could give a business 10/10 it will be JB Marquee Letters Decor. My birthday was very special because of their professionalism. It was super easy to communicate with them and they were very kind and helpful. I've ordered from them twice now and I had a great experience with both purchases. I definitly recommend them 100% and will 100% hire them for all my future events.

JB went over and above in making sure the decor looked beautiful! They gave their own professional opinion on what would look good in the setup, including putting the tent in the middle of the marquee letters to fit the space. They did a phenomenal job with the balloons and made sure the setup looked perfect! Definitely booking them again for future events!
