The Smiles for Life office is clean and modern, and the staff is unbelievably friendly. My visits feel like a trip to a spa.Kristen makes me feel so welcome every time I visit, as if she's delighted to see me and not like I'm just another client.Natalie takes care of my smile and reassures me and gives me updates when working on the not-so-pleasant parts.The team is doing an amazing job to reduce the spread of Covid-19 in their office, including screening clients and taking temperatures in the lobby. They have sanitizer at the door and all expectations from clients are clearly indicated without extra clutter distracting from the point.The changes in daily operation made me feel comfortable and proud to be a client. From a disinfecting pre-rinse to switching some supplies to disposable alternatives, they're making my health and safety, and that of their staff, a priority.They also bill my benefits directly, and before my first visit answered all my questions about billing and put my mind at ease.Thanks, Smiles for Life!
